I have sent two emails outlining my complaint.
1. the shoulder seam on the top is faulty and liable to split.
2. the collar does not sit correctly and is not fitted correctly.
3. I have written two emails asking for a full refund and a returns address label.
4. I paid $54.98 and they have offered me $18 which is unacceptable.

Really great garment. It looks just as good in reality as it did in the pictures, something that is not always the case.
Delivery was quick and trouble free

I feel I have been scammed.
Chrotta.com price their clothes in Euros, I was charged by "chrotta London GBR" in US Dollars and incurred an exchange fee.
The clothes which I ordered do not fit properly and I want to return them and get a refund. What the website doesn't state is the Chrotta will tell you that you can keep the clothes and they will offer a "compensation" of approximately 20% of what you pay. After probing with a number of emails they eventually told me that their return warehouse is in Dubai. They don't give this information on their website. Shipping to Dubai is very expensive. Are they not obliged to have a returns facility in the UK or Europe?
Customer service agents do not answer my questions and ignore what I have asked, trying to entice me to accept their "compensation"

I like that the designs are different I like the asymmetrical designs and they make me feel great. Although I am an older lady I feel the designs are appropriate for my age.

I love the clothes. The price is right and the quality is off the chart.

So easy to shop and a great selection of items not found in box stores.

The quality and sizing are excellent, the colouring exactly as advertised and the recipients delighted.

Size too big, unable to return, as they have no facility in US to accommodate. Said to return to Mumbai but shipping would be $$. Would not refund full purchase. Finally, after many emails sent refunded $50. of the $97.00 order

Really happy with the material and design. I ordered a small but it was quite big for a small so had to tumble dry to shrink it. looking forward to wearing my tops over the Christmas period.

Product was good. Delivery took too long & price was shown as In Canadian funds but actually charged in US funds. Not happy about that. Wish to have a refund.

Order was promptly shipped and delivered in reasonable amount of time. Quality of the clothes in the order was excellent.

Wish I had read the previous reviews, nothing like the images shown, offered varying amounts of refund to keep items that arent fit for purpose. They offered $45 then said if you want to return you need to pay alot to return to Dubai (nothing about this on website). Still hoping to get a label to return but after reading the previous review may have to accept refund. Will keep on trying but will never use again

The delivery time was as stated and my jumpers arrived really well packed. They are both lovely and I'll derive great pleasure in wearing them this coming winter is so thank you all.

A great selection I would like to see more white off the shoulder with sleeves lots of black there but very little white
