Very pleased
I have ordered twice from Chrotta four items in total two items on each order . One dress and three tops all are lovely I'm really impressed ,well made and fit well .I am a size 14 and order a size up from my normal uk size due to Chinese clothing being on the small side even though their sizing charts indicate otherwise .
I am certainly going to order more, all items have arrived within the quoted time frame well packaged .Certainly NOT a scam site and customer service is good.

Worst online company I have ever…
Worst online company I have ever purchased from. Paid USD86.98 for 2 dress. Both did not fit & were nothing like near the images online. Requested details of where to send returns also requesting full refund. 3 emails received offering USD10, then USD20 & finally USD35 to keep goods. Despite my return emails declining & requesting return address & refund, have heard nothing back from them. WHAT A SCAM - SAVE YOURSELF MONEY & DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. Now passing to my banks Legal team to chase.

Holiday Dress

Will happily use again
I was very happy with 2 of the 3 items but would have liked to return one of them. They don't like returns and so offered compensation, which I accepted. Will definitely use again.
