Since your order includes a power bank along with other items like screen protectors, international shipping rules for battery products are quite strict. To ensure everything can be shipped safely and delivered smoothly, we’ve split your order into two parcels.
I’ve checked the latest tracking updates for both packages:
The power bank parcel has already left the California distribution center and is currently in transit.
The other parcel has also left the Montebello facility and is on its way.
Although this increases our shipping cost on our side, splitting the order helps ensure safer handling and faster delivery for you.
Since the delivery address is an island location, the transit time may be slightly longer compared to mainland deliveries—this is normal for logistics routing.
Both parcels are moving through the network smoothly and should reach you soon.

Any body looking for cables look somewhere else since these folks are totally incompetent! I will never place another order from these clowns ever again!!!! If you want to throw your money away place your orders with you know who! JUNE 17 AND NO PACKAGE, NO UPODATES, NOTHING!!!! Mutual respect is when I make a purchase, you solve the issues!!!! Mutual respect is not lying about the delivery address was missing, your website won't allow an order without a proper address, REALLY!!! You told me in the 10+ threads that my package is on the way, understanding NO CONCEPT that my physical address wasn't on the order????? Your making yourself even look more ridiculous!!!!! According to the carrier, your package should have been successfully delivered about 10 days ago. However, the delivery failed because the shipping address provided did not include a house number. The address entered only contained the street name, and even when checking the location through Google Maps, it pointed only to the street rather than a specific residence.
We have just contacted you again to confirm the shipping address. Once you see our message, please kindly confirm the address or provide an updated and complete one. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement shipment or work with the carrier to reattempt delivery.
We understand delays are frustrating, but we kindly ask that we treat each other with mutual respect. Our team has been actively trying to resolve the issue and remains committed to making sure you receive your order.
updated: Hi, Since the shipping address included the correct city and street information, the package was able to travel normally through the network. However, when it reached the final delivery stage, the carrier found that the house/apartment number was missing, which unfortunately caused the delivery attempt to fail.
After confirming the complete address details with you, we've arranged a replacement package to be sent to the updated address.
We'll also continue to monitor the original shipment. If there are any updates from the carrier, such as the package being returned to our overseas warehouse, we'll work with them to add the missing house/apartment number and arrange for it to be delivered to you again.

6/22 Latest Update:
The original order was placed on May 25. Unfortunately, the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete and missing the house number, which caused the original package to be undeliverable.
After confirming the correct address with the customer, we promptly shipped a replacement package to the updated address on June 16. As of June 22, the replacement package has arrived in the U.S. and has been handed over to the local carrier for final delivery. Delivery is expected within the next 3 business days, which is actually a very fast turnaround.
We truly appreciate the customer's patience throughout this process. While the original delivery issue was caused by an incomplete address, we were more than happy to send a replacement package to the corrected address to ensure the order could be successfully delivered. We believe providing this level of support is part of taking care of our customers.

I could tell immediately that the product is good quality; plus, it came with an extra screen protector, so I have a backup in case I do need it. However, it's already superior to the tempered glass screen protector that I bought the week prior, which chipped within the first 2 days. lol
The product alone is elite, but so is their customer service. I accidentally placed my order, and it had been set to ship to my old address, but I reached out to customer service, and they read, replied, & remedied my issue almost immediately. Actual good customer service isn't as common as it once was, but this company is legit.

The phone holder on the cup mount has springs on both sides and a support at the bottom to hold your phone securely. This design is intended to keep your phone stable, so there shouldn’t be any issues under normal use. However, if the holder is clamped very tightly, it may feel slightly difficult to insert or remove your phone—but this is to ensure your phone stays safely in place while driving.

Fantastic cables and first-class customer service
My orders were for cables, and the products I received are fantastic. The quality is exceptional, and the colours are exactly as shown on the website.
I’d made a mistake with my delivery address on my first order. I reported this to customer service, who were very responsive and efficient; the address change was passed on to the courier and I received my order without any issues.
I’ve placed another order because everyone keeps asking me where these products come from, so I’ve had to give some away!
I recommend Chubbycable for the quality of its products, its customer service and its loyalty programme.
