I have 2 years experience with this company, the servers fast but they have panel problem, you can reinstall the server or make any change! Also very bad customer assistance! That's 5 days i asked to reinstall my server because the panel has oroblem6they never reply me ticket! Are you serious?!

I bought one of their services during one of their promo offers with what looks to be decent specs at a low price. I had set my expectations a bit low going into this as I know that providers often shove a bunch of VPSes into a single node when prices are this low, but it was worse than what I initially imagined.

My first issue with them was with their network. They had some kind of routing issue that made my VPS unreachable at times. Support tried a lot, but in the end they were unhelpful and never actually solved the issue.

I was able to look past that issue, but then something else started happening. At random times within the day, performance would sharply drop, bringing CPU, network and disk speed down to unusable levels. Classic sign of overselling. I complained about that to them, and after much back and forth, they finally offered to transfer my service to a different node. But then they forgot to update my Virtualizor panel to the new node. Mentioned it to them TWICE in the ticket, didn't even pay attention to it, I had to open a new one, it took them over a week to respond, and finally most of my problems were gone. At least for now.

There were also other intermittent issues, such as the Virtualizor panel refusing to load at times, and their billing/management page is just really sluggish. Even though they've tried a lot and my service is at least "usable" for now, I can't say that I trust them in the long term with what I've experienced so far. Will not be renewing my service. Stay away if you value your time.

I’ve been trying to connect to my Chunkserve VPS for two days straight, and the server refuses to stay online or even connect. They have major network stability issues—disconnects constantly, and uptime has been nonexistent. On top of that, their support is extremely poor: I’ve submitted multiple tickets over this time and have yet to receive a single reply.

From my experience and what other reviews mention, the network problems are frequent and ongoing, and support is not just slow—it’s non-existent when you're experiencing real issues. A positive review here from May 2024 mentions that the “network problem” still persists
Worst hosting experience I’ve had. If stable uptime and real support matter to you, look elsewhere.

Their support is great and they're super friendly. I've never experienced such good support before. You can tell that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

I had a service that had an issue, and I requested a refund. Not only did they accept the refund request without any hesitation (even though I later cancelled the refund request), but they also gave me two months of free server access. This really shows their customer focus and generosity.
