The process from starting the quote on a comparison site right through to recieving my documents was seamless, very efficient and without problems, everything was explained clearly and it was an excellent price which saved me over one hundred pounds on my previous insurers renewal. Let's hope the service is as good should I ever need to claim, which hopefully I won't have to .

On Renewing house insurance …
On Renewing house insurance i was disappointed with renewing price on offer a third of last year’s price ridiculous amount of an increase been with you for 5 plus years and never made a claim. Im pleased to say after several phone calls the increase was greatly reduced and accepted.

car insurance
my car insurance with churchill expired on 15/3/26. I have advised 3 times before it was due that i did not want to renew. 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 week before. My credit card was debited on 16/3/26 and on that date phoned them up they should not have done and they promised to cancel cover and reimburse me. today 20.3.26 still without a refund they advised they are sending me a cheque within 2 weeks. I am 80 years old and can do without all these troubles. In other words it will be at least a month to get reimbursed. i will not am afraid touch this company ever again.

Has a crash an was hold 3 times it’s not my fault then after back an forwards found out they joined with the company who the person I crashed into they now r sayings it’s my fault an favour the person so I will not be renewing
Your own fault for favouring to new company u joined with aka Ariana lot of ppl don’t now this but yes they joint company with Ariva both a joke of a company
Plus no phone call on 7 months

Have been with Churchill for many years and quote this year very competitive so hence renewed without hesitance. Very pleasant advisor who talked me through the quote. Had to chase because of changing Email address, so my fault.
