Surprised to find Direct Line now on comparison sites, but glad they decided to join up. Was by far the most reasonable quote for a Lexus RX450h+. I paid half what I was expecting. Well done Direct Line, please keep your quotes competitive and you will end up the winner over all the others in the end.

Good communication
Good communication throughout the process of renewing my car insurance. When I spoke to someone I questioned the quote I had received to see if it could be reduced, after some discussion it was agreed to reduce my yearly premium. I accepted the new quote and moved forward to stay with direct Line who Ihave been with for many years.

I could speak to someone immediately a driver slid into the back of my parked vehicle. could get his details and it felt good to be supported and clarify. My car was picked up and fixed by a good car repair shop, excellent job and returned in around 2 weeks. The other party's insurance proved rather slow but direct line managed it all. also let me know once they had settled.
