Since weeks I've been waiting for my refund. Every time the same response, but from different employees telling me that they apologize and so on...
I'm fed up and going to send the whole history of this case to the german consumer protection so they'll get banned selling stuff in Germany.

Never do business with this company. They basically stole $89 from me. They do not want returns. They tell you to regift your items rather than return them. I have contacted them many times trying to get my refund. They confirmed they have all the info for my order. They confirmed they have my return slip, tracking number, every thing. They said they will try to refund my money. It has been 9 months now and no refund. They are crooks.

I did an order at June 2019 for almost $200.00, still waiting the site specific said 20 days, its been mor than 2 months
I just want my Order!!!!

I got very bad quality, but i said ok it is my fault
but 1 item of 23 Euros I have ordered and they told me they don't have it anymore, I can either choose something else or they will refund me.
I asked for a refund but they never sent me the money back (almost 1 year) Though I contacted them many times. their excuse was that they are working on that and it takes time.

Terrible company! I offered size small and was sent XLs...was asked to send pictures then mailed back on my own dime. I now am getting the same run around as these reviews that my $65 is set to emergency status.....it’s been months. Please also reach out to Instagram and Facebook on your experience to get them banned!

Do not use - they send cheap copies of the pictures and say they’ll refund if you return to China at your own cost, which in my case was more than I paid for the item - SCAM site

Scam site. Run away! Will never fulfill to order and just walk off with your money. Embarrassed I believed this was legit. Save your money.

Ich habe drei Artikel gekauft und bezahlt! Bei Anlieferung war ein Artikel schon benutzt gewesen und dreckig, einer war falsch geliefert und einer entspricht nicht annähernd der Beschreibung und den Fotos auf der Webseite (Farbe und Stoffqualität völlig daneben, das Billigste vom Billigen!)
Retouren sind nur sehr sehr umständlich möglich. Die Retourenadresse habe ich nur nach mehrmaligen hartnäckigen Anfragen per email (nur auf Englisch möglich) erhalten, so dass die 14 Tagesfrist fast abgelaufen war. Man wollte mir lieber 30% des Kaufpreises erstatten (sie wollen Ihren Kram selbst nicht zurück!). Ein kompletter Reinfall! Keine Rücksendung über UPS erlaubt...

I wish I had read the reviews for this website before I shopped. All the negative reviews are correct. The material is very cheap. The clothes you purchase are nothing like what the pictures show. The quality is very very cheap. I have been trying to return this order for a week now. I need a return address and no one has responded to my emails. I have a feeling I will be eating this money. I'm just so glad I didn't order anything more from them. Do not shop here. You do not receive the same clothing that is in the pictures.

Biggest joke ever. I ordered seven items and they got "lost" overseas. Even funnier reading their responses to my emails about getting my money back. They've been telling me for two months now that they will move my refund to "emergency status" since it's taking so long. Right!!!! I'm a very naïve person and believe in the good of everyone but this place taught me otherwise. Don't waste your time, money order energy. Trust me on this one.

BEWARE. Very bad service. I have been told to return wrong sized blouse to CHINA when the Returns address is Southall, UK. It looks as though this company is totally unethical and unscrupulous - misleading customers and using stalling tactics.
If the matter of refund is not resolved quickly I will take it further.

Als ich die Ware erhalten habe, war ich nur shockiert!!!!! Es war billiger als sehr billig und die Produkte haben mit den Bildern GAR NICHTS zu tun!!!!!4 von 5 bestellte sind gekommen, aber ehrlich.... lieber gar keine. Auf dem HP sieht alles super aus.... Aber das wars schon. WIRKLICH!!!! Ich bin nur noch mega entäuscht !!!!was gekommen ist, ist ehrlich nur Mühl.... Nie wieder!!!!!!

Beware their good reviews are truly their reviews! There is NO WAY they got a sincere good review because THEY REALLY SUCKS! This is the WORSE experience ever! Save your self from a deep headache.
The clothes are nothing like they show on the pictures.

Awful experience. Do not order from this website. The item I ordered was terrible quality, looked nothing like the picture, was an awful, cheap, highly flammable shiny material (when in the picture it appeared to be a cotton shirt). The shirt was also stained. This is in addition to the fact it didn't fit anyway. Hideous. The service department deliberately seek to prevent returns and refunds. I was told that I would need to pay fees for return of the item. They suggested "[c]onsidering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse, I will kindly suggest that you keep it as a gift to someone who may fit it". I would never gift such heinous clothing to anybody and told them as much. It took multiple emails back and forth to be provided with the return details and a China address. They also do not accept return packages through DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or any other useful courier but that it should be sent by local post so that they don't incur customs duties. I assume also so that the package cannot be appropriately tracked and may be easily lost - as they will not refund you if they don't receive the goods. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

NO COMPRÉIS EN ESTA TIENDA!!! Son unos timadores, las fotos no corresponden en absoluto con el producto!!!! La calidad y el diseño son peores que en una tienda de todo a 1€!!! He conseguido que me devuelvan el dinero gracias a Paypal porque si fuese por ellos jamas lo hubiese recuperado.

My little sister is in her time of change and I wanted to help her change her style so that she would not make my style mistakes when I was her age so I decided to buy clothes from this page that a friend recommended me and the designs I really liked and It was a good idea to shop on this page. my sister is having the time of her life!

I ordered from Cicilookshop many times and it was a good experience always. The prices are very good and the quality of the materials is ok.
I especially order dresses from they because the measurements from this site fix on me and the dresses are like in the photos and this is something I look for.
I will order again for sure.

It was the first time I bought in this online shop and It was a wonderful decision. I asked for a dress, a T-shirt and a pair of shorts. The prizes were really good. The shopping was fast. The sizes fitted me perfectly fine. I don't regret shopping in this shop so I will repeat and do another one tomorrow.
