My kids stumbled on this site on my phone and made a bunch of orders. I was mad ofcos, but forgot to cancel the orders. When they arrived, they were great. The kids have taste too but its good how fast and efficient they work. I kept the order.

They have excellent trendy clothing items. My girlfriend really likes what they've to offer. She really liked a gift I got her on her birthday and she keeps ordering new stuff every couple of months from them. She really liked one of the printed vacation dresses they have. They have great shipping Speed too unlike other new stores. Cicilookshop takes care of their customers. I respect that.

I'd recommend this site to my kind of people who are open to trendy outfits and fashion. They have almost everything a guy like me would like, from trench coats to denim trousers.

I'm amazed at how they keep getting every delivery right. Through this site, I've made my look urban and my friends seem envious though they won't admit it.

I ordered a blouse on January 23, 2019. I finally received it on APRIL 15, 2019. Although the blouse is the same style, the material is totally different and looks cheap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. RIP-OFF

This is not a real clothes shop. I received 4 tops, after 6 weeks and none of them remotely looked like the images on line. They are so atrocious that I cant even bring myself to hand them into a charity shop. They are shoddy and no one in their right mind would wear their clothes. Please save your money and do not buy here!! Utterly dreadful in this day and age that an online store like this can exist!

A really bad experience. The items I got were far away from good quality and far away from the size I had orderd. One t-shirt I could hand over to my 12 years old niece after washing.
They promised me a refund but I never got money back.
One item never arrived. I asked customer service 6 times and they always promised me, that it is on its way. But did not arrive after 3 month.
The good ratings here are fake ratings. Don't trust them!!!

INSANE prices that I had a hard time believing at first. They even display the latest fashion which is also at an affordable price. It took them three and a half weeks to deliver and that is also impressive.

Received a shoddy item which looked nothing like the catalogue item. It was a rubbish piece of cloth. They offered me a fraction of the price and said I could keep the item. I said I did not want it and so they agreed that I return the item and they would refund me the full cost plus £8.50 postage totalling £36.50. They conveniently denied receipt of the item claiming that I should have paid extra to have it tracked but they did not deliver the item to me 'tracked'. They refused to refund me anything. Shoddy service. Shockingly poor standard and misrepresentation. Just stank of a scam.

Absolutely dreadful. About 6 weeks to arrive then definitely not worth the wait. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! No idea how some people are giving good reviews. Quality is beyond poor and sizing ridiculous. Like dolls clothes. Nothing like the online images. Dreadful. Not even going to waste my time trying to return this rubbish. Don't waste your time or money.

I received my order 15 days from the indicated arrival date. I had ordered tops in size XL but the clothes were size small. I’ve been trying to reach customer service via email and phone and can not get a return form or address to send the items. It seems like they are avoiding my returning the tops.

My kind of site is one that offers their customers a chain of products to drown themselves in, always bringing in new items. Their customer service is also on point and that is why I'd recommend this.

omg! Beware of this company! First off, I ordered a top that was a size M, that looked like it would fit a baby doll. So, I start the return process, and what a nightmare! They want you to hang the item on a hanger & take a photo of it & send it to them. So, I do that, then they want ME, the customer, to do THEIR job by going online, find the product, get the sku number & send it to them. That is impossible, since they have over 5,000 products. Also, the packing sticker is written in Chinese! There is not one thing written in English! I sent them all of the numbers I could find on the packing sticker, but that wasn’t good enough. It will be a miracle if I get my money refunded. Please take heed when ordering from this company. It’s a nightmare! They’re from Hong Hong! This is what you get when you order from an overseas company!
