Ordered 5 packs of nicotine pouches on March 10 2026 because they had a sale on at the time. They sent 5 packs of pouches that expired on Jan 6th 2026, and smelled like they had been buried in old tobacco. There were even bits of tobacco in the plastic that holds the 5 pack together.
Waste of money.

I have ordered from them for a few years now very inconsistent delivery times and unfortunately no customer service whatsoever, including broken promises on discount promotions were not honoured , kind of frustrating to deal with customer service if you can get through to the one person that seems to work there, I never got any emails returned when I had questions or concerns about the product. Unfortunately not too many options to order from in Canada & since I love cigars, even though cigar chief is very expensive for what you get, I guess I'm stuck with this company unfortunately😔

Unbelievable slow! You are looking at a week for them to ship the order out with a crappy courier that takes forever to deliver as well.

Bought 3 Montecristo Petit Edmundo which go for 50 per stick. 2 out 3 came damaged at the foot. One of them has a pretty big crack. Wrote to them to exchange them, no reply so far. Very disappointed. To be fair, I had ordered once before and it all came in good condition, that’s why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. However, when you are paying 50 per cigar, it is unacceptable to send a cracked cigar.

They are a scam people gathered behind computers and steals people money.
NEVER trust this company. You are just gonna waste your time.

Order my standard order from cigar chief. Order was shipped out of province? Tried calling them after 15 tries was cut off every time no help from them / and their shipping company is not much better Loomis express? Both have absolutely no customer support!!!

From my first order with cigarchief, they were super helpful, I called them and chatted with a fellow quick before I placed my order, his answers he provided me quick with no run around, made sense and he was nice too, wasn’t rushed on the phone or pressuring for a sale. I love their products I receive from them never an issue, they have thrown in boveda packs at no extra charge on a few of orders. My experience is 10/10 I am a proud recurring customer of cigarchief

I believe that the good should be reported with the bad. Don't know if it was beginner luck but my first order with this cigar store was amazing. My order arrived quickly and all ordered items were there. Their communication was top notch from the moment I clicked the Pay Now button. Not to menton, their prices can't be beat....best around.

My cigars were so dry when I got to throw them to the garbage. Not even a small Boveda bag to help...
Good thing I ordered a unexpensive bundle it was a test drive with Cigarchef: Failed badly...

Used to buy from them in the past, now they are not a good company to deal with. I ordered a box of ten cigars, they shipped me 7 in a zip lock with no box. After sending them out they sent me an email saying they were short. I bought a box for a gift and now I am a little embarrassed to give this out. Tried calling several times, no answer. Sent emails asking for them to call no response. Never again! They don't even have the courage to call me and deal with the issue.
