J'ai reçu mes 3 cartons,dont l'un n'était pas recouvert d'une pellicule plastique,le tabac est tellement sec que lorsque je sort une cigarette le bout tombe sur le comptoir,je n'ai pas vérifié les deux autres, mais celui-ci n'est vraiment pas à mon goût,c'est la dernière fois que j'achète vos cigarettes

I ordered smokes it took 2 weeks to get…

I ordered smokes it took 2 weeks to get to me which was completely ridiculous especially for a smoker and I spent almost $200 on three cartons of cigarettes which I technically couldn't afford but it was a better deal than what I would have gotten in a store for one carton I got three for the same price as one carton. Their customer service is no good and they're not very helpful when you try to talk to them through text-based communication and they weren't really able to help me out because they gave me the wrong order, and the description on their website wasn't done properly.

great service ordered late tues afternoon and they were delievered thursday afternoon packaged up good and was exactly what was ordered will be order again!

Awesome Job..

Have not recieved my order....almost 2 weeks I live in very remote area. Brad reached out to me the next day. He Totally rectified the situation. Resent my order and monitored and kept checking in to make sure my order arrived Not a big order. Have had companies I've spent thousands of dollars with just ignore iissues...Brad rocs. Thank you. I will Totally be purchasing from them...
