I was referred to these clowns by my council, I have been diagnosed with potential kidney cancer and need surgery to remove the kidney?
All my immediate family has passed away so I need someone to look after my late fathers dog when I am in hospital?
These idiots are refusing to help me because the dog hasn't seen a vet in a number of years?

Like I said I am ill and I don't drive so I can't take the dog to a vet 🫤🫤🫤🫤

So it looks like I am going to put the surgery off because I have NOBODY to look after the dog

We asked for help in walking our dogs as we are both in our mid 70s, one with leukemia, the other with a lung disease and are finding walking our dogs very difficult. They are working cockers but have always been pets. However we were turned down because both dogs sleep outside in an insulated kennel but are inside all day. We were told they could not help because it would be difficult to rehome a dog/s that sleep outside. We were also told they were not pets if they did not spend 24 hours in the house. We were not asking for the dogs to be rehomed, we just need help with walking them. Cinnamon Trust were not interested in helping us, so we cannot recommend them to anyone.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 🎀 2nd of June 2025. This year! My whole world 🌎 was turned upside down! My biggest worry is my best friend called Angel. Age 7+ half. A small Jackie/ Bichon is a fantastic family girl+ love's everybody! My Cancer nurse suggests I call this wonderful place called " The Cinnamon trust. Who help people like myself. Who are ill+ desperately need help with there ccompanion @ i was very excited too call! To my horror i got this really rude women from the off set. I told her in 7+ half years I have never ever used wee mat until now. As Im so ill I can no longer take my dog out! The abuse she come out with like " we don't take dogs using wee mats. Don't you understand I have to look after my volunteers. They sometimes help out+ just want to go for a ran. Not stop for the dog" I could feel my eyes filling up with tiers as this was my only help I had in mind@ I was very confused as to the Cinnamon trust! Are they there to help the dogs who's loved ones have been given a death sentence or are they there for the volunteers! I couldn't believe the way I was treated by this lady. As I was at rock bottom by now! I called back a week later praying 🙏 I'd get someone else+ I did. I explained how awful this woman was+ pleaeded for there help. The second Lady got back to me in a few day's + I was told they have no volunteers in Hertfordshire! I know this wasn't true! I believe the second lady I spoke to. Had spoke to the 1st lady who mentioned she was a manager × I believe second lady. The nice one said what I had told her about the rude manager. Then i had no chance! my little companion who already knows somethings wrong with her mummy! the manager just didn't want to help us! Why take it out on my little doggy who so desperately needed help! Shame on you Cinnamon Trust! Ps I still managed to talk to both women with kindness + respect. It should work both ways!!@ Shame on you!!
