Needed help with my foreclosure. Citizens were on top of it all. Did take 3 months, but at the end it worked out

I got behind because of medical reasons. Doug contacted me out of the blue. It was a little scary to be honest. After speaking with Doug for a while I became calm. He seemed to know and understand what I was going through. Better still he had answers and solutions for my direct issues with my mortgage. Everything he said he would do, he did do. I can't believe Im still in my home. But were free and clear happy and content. Thanks Doug, And the Processing department at Citizens. Top notch organization....
