Hello guys I have been robbed £13000 frome these scumbag. Now on the other note if you have been sent an email from strategic recovery funds they are also scams as well saying they can get your money back but you have to pay them and there trustee is BGM Law they are scam don't get caught out again

All these innocent people who lost their money should have done a background checks on the directors and employees.
Always check companies’ house website, you will find all the informations on the company and their directors.
I should have posted my review after finding out that it was a scam but was too late for many of you. Good luck getting your money back from them.

Just like to add my name to the list, cost me 13500, although got back £1800 before it dried up.

Details of Incident
The City of London Police Economic Crime Department are currently investigating Social Housing Holdings Ltd Company Number 12634526 and Citygate Housing Ltd Company Number 12834963. These companies are believed to have offered investment opportunities within the Social Housing Sector. To date, police have executed a number of search warrants at business and individuals’ premises, and 4 Directors have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and money laundering offences. Further enquiries are underway with employees of these companies.

MY EXPERIENCE:
This company had a lot of red flags. The investment seemed too good to be true, yet for some reason they couldn't sell all their shares and pushy sales people kept spamming me.
They had a vague answer to all my red flag questions that didn't actually address my concerns.
They kept appealing to authority about their directors who own a lot of companies (another red flag, not the strong point they assumed it was). Glad I listened to my gut feeling, even at the beginning when people got payouts.

I have been the victim of Citygate as well. How do I take legal action against them?

London Police are now investigating these career criminals. I suggest anyone that's been affected by these crooks to report to Action Fraud immediately and contact your bank. Make sure you keep all your emails and whatsApp messages and any other correspondence which could be relevant. Good luck.

I gathered advice from my close people into property and they all said stay clear. I knew this was a ponzi from the start. Very forceful selling tactics used. Glad I never went ahead.

I have received numerous messages expressing concerns regarding Citygate Housing and the challenges faced by some investors. I would like to take this opportunity to provide clarity.

I stepped away from my involvement with Citygate in August to dedicate my full attention to my business. Citygate was never my primary focus, and my role within the organisation was limited to facilitating deals through agents and securing capital. My responsibilities were clearly defined, and I approached them with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

It is disheartening to see my character and efforts being called into question. While I am not privy to the current situation, I deeply empathise with the investors who may be facing difficulties, and I sincerely hope these matters are resolved swiftly and amicably.

Just remember, if you're offered high interest rates that are non regulated, you risk losing all of your money.

They are frauds, they entice you with their brochures and sample contracts and then once they take your money they stop contact. The 2 people I was talking to do not answer their texts and emails anymore. DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Nathaniel Cross is a scammer, he stole the money and is on the run. I have insiders telling people that he said goodbye and help private meetings and hasn't been seen since in the uk. I believe he was spotted in Dubai.

These types of investments are unregulated and really should not be considered investments but an unsecured loan. There is absolutely no security offered although Citygate Housing stated the a firm of SRA regulated solicitors had been appointed to oversee the "investments " and to take control and administer the payment to the investors/ lenders should Citygate Housing cease to trade. The is all well and good providing the Trustees have funds available to pay investors and/or a first charge secured on any assets.
Citygate housing trading model was to seek funds on the promise that they would repay the capital plus 20% pa interest over 36 months. The funds would be used to take head leases on properties considered suitable for assisted living, refurbish the properties to the standard required by the Housing providers, who would then sign a fully insuring and repairing lease. The Housing providers are funded by local authorities and government agencies.
It all sounded very plausible although highly geared a 20% rate of return is achievable provided strict management controls and adequate security are in place. Investors money and rental payments should be ring fenced in Trustee designated Bank accounts with the appointed Trustees as authorised signatories. The trustees would need to audit Citygate Housing expenses on an ongoing basis.
My concerns regarding Citygate Housing were raised when I received an invoice requesting payment of my proposed investment. The invoice was headed Citygate Ltd, which I established was a Car Dealership. I spoke to Lee Connor who assured me that this was an error in printing When I raised further queries with him via email I was not overly impressed with his response so decided not to proceed.
Clearly Citygate Housing Ltd are pyramid selling and looking at the comments posted on Trustpilot they have runout of new investors so now can't pay their existing clients. The only director now is Sandro Zambon, in June 24 one Nathan Cross was the CEO.
I hope those investors who are caught up in this and "invested" their cash with Citygate Housing somehow get their money back

I’m reaching out with a very concerning update about Citygate Housing. It appears they have closed all their offices and taken down their signage, and unfortunately, I am now unable to reach them. I tried contacting Kai Martin, who assisted me with my investment, but he mentioned that he left the company without receiving his salary and is also in the dark about the situation.

Given these circumstances, I believe we may need to consider immediate legal action. This has put my savings at risk, and I’m worried about recovering any of the funds.

If you have any other information or suggestions on a course of action, please let me know. It may also be beneficial for all affected parties to join forces to improve our chances of success.

Citygate has turned out to be a scam. They have taken my money and ran off. The company directors are now showing as ceased and all IG posts with their team have been removed (comments are also disabled) everyone else who has invested needs to take legal action. I imagine the Feb date is the scammers trying to delay legal action whilst they ‘wind the company up’ there will be no buy out and no refund it’s all a scam.
