2 flats are coclroach infested
The staff are friendly. The flat is a bit expensive. However, at least 2 flats are infested with cockrpaches as of September 2025 and that won't change soon

Would 100% recommend
Honestly couldn’t recommend these enough, always so helpful sorted any issues we had with in a great time period. Communication is always top notch. I honestly can’t fault them. I would especially like to thank and recommend Paul and Debbie and would 100% use you guys again. Thank you again.

Extremely rude and unhelpful
Extremely rude and unhelpful, threatened to evict me when I questioned why my rent was increasing by over £150 per month. Never responded to any requests for things being fixed such as the oven, microwave, boiler, dryer, and lights. Lewis specifically was rude to everyone in the house share, the other staff were all helpful.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
So wish that I could give a ZERO!
Do not go with! Managers and directors don't care about you! They don't even know their own contracts and just use threats and try to boss you around.
Gone to the ombudsman with my complaint.
Again, the reply shows all they carry about is the money and not resolving a complaint or the fact that they didn't provide the wifi.
No rent arrears as I have paid up till next week and promised to pay if the ombudsman says that they are not in breach. I won't pay in full as I don't believe that they will refund
Don't trust at all.

Warning: rude and awful
If you’re happy with the owner of the company acting like a defensive child when you have a problem, then by all means this letting agency is for you.
James will not deal with any problems you have with them, and instead will bully and harass you, and does not know how to handle complaints or communicate in a friendly manner. Atrocious and unprofessional behaviour.

Knowledgeable and helpful
Second year in this house has been great!
Nikki in the office is really helpful and knowledgeable and helped with some definition on the utility cap changes on the property.
Been with a few agencies and these guys have been the best!

Have been a tenant with CityLets for a…
Have been a tenant with CityLets for a couple of years now and they seem to always push for making the place better and it’s just been easy- first year we had house issues and they helped sort and since then havnt had any probs. They do chase if late on rent quickly but that seems fair. Was a student house now in a shared proffesional
