I went there with an emergency and got a prescription. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and the pharmacist said the medical provider who sent the prescription is not enrolled in medicaid so I can't get my prescription. I went back to citimd but they told me they can't help me. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

Horrible front office staff. Condescending doctor. Lab results were supposed to be 2 days took 5 (and it was critical I knew results quick due to being caregiver of severely immunocompromised patient). Tried to do a telehealth follow-up and their website/app is horrible. Took 9 attempts to try to creat and account. Got someone on phone who set me up instantly with a differnt website and I said are you sure this will allow me to do telehealth.. and sure enough it didn’t. Useless waste of time going there.

RONKONKOMA NY LOCATION. My wife was throwing up, really bad headache for about 3 hrs. We decided to go to city MD versus going to an ER and the 5 hr wait time that always happens on a Friday. They gave her a quick exam and said nothing we can do, go to ER. You took my co pay, you will bill my insurance and the only "treatment" I got was to take her to an ER. I asked if they had any meds that could be injected they said nope. I said she can't keep pills down. I asked can you do IV's he said we do not inject.. WHAT bullshit. I'm telling you as a read bad reviews I can see why people don't like this place. GO TO ANOTHER company!!

Avoid at all cost, they might put you in danger indirectly. I came in with a worrying infection and they did nothing to give any information on what it was since all the basic test returned negative, and only prescribed antibiotic. Because of the lack of diagnosis, the antibiotic provoked another very serious inner ear infection that is threatening my health and since I got no proper tests or information I don't even know what I have until I go to the ER which I can't afford to instead having to fly back days after landing to a more civilized country that I thank god I'm born in.

Went to City MD with a fever and cough while weaning off Prednisone. My Rheumatologist suggested a Covid and flu test then antibiotic RX. We talked about the pill version versus liquid. I chose the liquid but 3 RXs were sent in to pharmacy so I called City MD to check if I was supposed to fill all ? What if I did pick up all and took double antibiotic? That could have been bad, but I was told I should only fill the one liquid RX, Turns out there was 1 RX for the cough included but I didn’t pick that up because I was not advised they were prescribing that, nor told on the phone when I called to check. I also was not told that I was contagious until I passed the infection on to my husband and probably exposed others. I called City MD back 5 days later to see what my husband should do and that’s when I learned I should have filled that other RX for the cough. I was also told that they prescribed Prednisone which they did not. They knew I was weaning off, I didn’t need more but the person on the phone insisted that I fill the Prednisone RX. All I can say is you better take responsibility for your own care and not depend on these people. I could have been taking a double dose of antibiotic, I didn’t get the RX I needed for the cough, I was not advised I was contagious and then I was advised to fill an RX for the very drug that caused the infection. I will not be going back there again.

The City MD located on 1931 Turnbull Ave. was awesome. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and time efficient. Jada the assistant was amazing, courteous and very attentive as welll as the the nurse practitioner Miss Lopez. MissLopez was very knowledgeable and efficient. My first time there, I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend this doctors office.

Last week I had to get xRays at City MD in Lynbrook. There was no wait, the staff was attentive and pleasant. Dr Wong was wonderful, caring and an outstanding health care professional. If this is the future of health care, our country will be the better for it.

I visited 461 Fulton on Saturday march 1 because I got burned my back and back of my arm from boiling hot soup but The Doctor said this is mild burn like sun burn not even 1 degree and gave me a few sample ointment like Mc Donald togo ketchup I can't sleep because the pus is coming out and the pain is so bad. I posted with pictures but no other can see my review but me by the way Is the doctor who gave me this diagnosis really a licensed doctor?

Horrible experience with CityMD Morris Plains location. They didn’t give me the note for work I had to go back and ask for it and had to wait again for them to just give me a note. I called multiple times for my meds and was told several times it was sent the pharmacy but the pharmacy never received it. And when I called back to check they said “ oh we don’t have anything on record for meds” even though they confirmed they sent it before, then I was given the run around between this location and the aftercare to get my prescription, transfer back and forth daily calls after my visit and I still didn’t get my meds. And on top of that I was given the wrong diagnosis. When I followed up with the specialist I found out I had a fracture in my toe and that they said there was nothing wrong. Never going back to this place again. Very unprofessional

She didn't bother to check my nose ,throat ,or neck. She also listened to my breathing with a turtleneck sweater and a total neck long sleeve shirt on without putting it under my shirt she just asked a few questions and that was it also I couldn't get a flu shot because I had a common cold second time there having have do nothing she really doesn't want to do anything I hope nobody is really sick going there

Make sure you make a phone call if you want an x-ray. Their website tells you that they have one at every location, which is not true. They have a machine to read an x-ray that they want you to go to another place to then get the x-ray taken. Totally misleading. The place that they wanted me to go and have the x-ray done was another 45 minutes away.

The worst experience ever had in my life. I was on the doctors medication for three days still couldn't breathe mucus coming down my throat and told me to come back in two weeks.

My Doctor's office recommended that I go to an Urgent care facility because standard procedure is to take a urine sample. I chose City MD. They took a urine sample and put me on a broad spectrum antibiotic. But, the key should be the culture growth of the sample, to determine the correct targeted antibiotic. I called three days later and was informed that the sample had only gone to the lab two days later and that the results will be in 4 to 5 more days. I might be back in the hospital by then. Disappointing.

Scamming company, only cares about the $, providers are short, and lack empathy, long wait times, and horrible billing and aftercare department. Sounds like they outsource to philliphines there aftercare department.

I went to CityMD on August 1st and the doc took a culture to test for varicella zoster (shingles). Turnaround indicated was 3 days. Today is 8 days later and I’ve gotten a different excuse every day this week for why the results are. It reported back from the lab. I’ve spoken to 6 aftercare specialists over the past few days, each promising (after speaking to the lab) that the results would be in next day. Well, today was told it might be another 2-3 days. Totally unacceptable for a 3-day test to take 12 days for results to be reported, and I honestly doubt they’ll be available on day 12. Helluva a way to diagnose a patient.

I went to CityMd in Merrick, Long Island with a simple request. I needed to have the dressing removed from a procedure on my ear and have it replaced with a clean dressing. (Logistically. I could not do this myself). Dr Russel Raskin was on duty, and it turned into an unpleasant experience. When he walked in, he was not friendly, and he reeked of arrogance and intolerance. I showed him my aftercare instructions and he had an issue with part of the instructions. He then said to me, "you're not the first knucklehead to be sent here with poor instructions." I said, knucklehead?" It was not an attempt at humor but a hostile comment that he let hang in the air. The assistant in the room was even getting uncomfortable with his mood and comments. He changed the dressing and actually did a horrible job with the re-dress. I had another medical issue, but I decided I did not want to deal with him anymore. This was not a doctor having a bad day but rather a person with a personality flaw. He was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Overall, it appeared he had a Napoleonic complex.

I've just been to CityMD Eastchester Urgent Care. The doctor's assistant was helpful & pleasant. But my experience with the doctor was awful, to say the least. I've got an acute ear infection & discharge in both ears with swollen lymph nodes & difficulty swallowing. And I told the doc putting drops in my already blocked ears is not what I want. He refused to listen to me & I almost got into an argument with him. I wouldn't recommend going to this urgent care!

I came in not feeling the greatest they asked all the right questions they address all my needs they even asked me like being that I had to be put on antibiotic you know does it causes me to get yeast infections with this which is very rare for male doctors to even ask so the fact that they even ask those questions was like a plus for me they were awesome they were great I give my experience five stars because it was a five star the fact that they were both males and asking me about you know my female parts and the fact that if I take my medication is it going to cause me to get infections was definitely a question for me you know not female doctors don't ask those questions and every time I take antibiotic I get a yeast infection so the fact that they even know that was a plus I hope that they keep up the great work and I would come back if I need to just off of that experience alone
