This was my first City Watches order
This was my first City Watches order. They have a hugh
selection to choose from. It was a Casio that caught my eye. The watch in the picture was the exact watch I received. When the watch arrived, a few days after ordering, I put it on and didn't want to take it off. The price, quality and workmanship and service are beyond my expectations. The watch was priced in Canadian dollars and shipped from Singapore by Fedex. There were no extra charges. I'm delighted with my purchase and the customer service at City Watches.

Casio G Shock Mudman GW-9500-1
Hi all ,
When I was looking for a Casio G shock watch on google search and found this website and thought it is from a Canada website and I ordered the watch. The price was cheaper than what I saw on the other sites. Then I got a email from FedEx with all the details and I saw it was shipping from Singapore. I thought it was too late to cancel and if I got a fake one only hope is PayPal because I paid it from PayPal so I can explain and get the refund. And I sent them a email to ask about do I have to pay the custom cleaning tax in Canada.
But no reply. But it got delivered to me four days earlier than expected. I Was so happy and I opened up the package and I noticed it was open for security reasons from the custom cleaning without extra charge and I noticed it was a original Casio watch that I ordered all the functions are working fine looks like a genuine original Casio watch made in Thailand with all the paperwork warranty card and I was so happy. Finally I would say they are genuine but I don't know why no customer reviews on the websit

Speedy delivery of online order in time for Christmas
Fast delivery of an online order item that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Staff were professional and courteous when inquiries were made regarding item delivery. The quality of the item was excellent, and we can't wait for our son to put it to good use.

The customer service terrible
The customer service terrible. Nobody reply to my e-mail, there is no phone number to call on their website.
Watch came without documents, without invoice.
The Tissot wrist watch has unattractive orange-gold bezel colour and I doubt if its authentic.
Want to return the purchase, but through their website I can't find how to contact the company.
Also be aware, that you can sent the e-mail only through their website and you are lucky if you made a picture of the e-mail, as a record.
If someone can help to find out how to contact customer service, I would happy.
Watch purchased in Canada.

completely a positive one !
I placed my orders online and before I new it , I was receiving conformation numbers , shipping and tracking numbers for various watches that I had ordered !
CityWatches , made every effort to be communicative , informative , and patient during the entire order / delivery time frame !
All my items came delivered as shown ; beautifully packaged , with Seiko Brand instruction /warranty card certificates included !

This is not a Canadian store because it's being shipped from Singapore so expect to pay enormous custom fee's.

I had ordered the wrong model, as I wasn't paying attention. I emailed Customer Service, Mayuri got back to me very quickly, pulled the order back, and sent the one I wanted.
