My package did not come as pictured…
My package did not come as pictured online. It was a tie tac but did not look like the picture online. I tried emailing to complain and got no response. The product is nice it's just not what I ordered and no one followed up.

The ring is beautiful, well crafted!! The sales team (I had Stuart helping me) was incredibly patient with me and accommodated all my questions! I even made a mistake initially when first ordering and they helped me fix the error in a speedy and patient manner! Highly recommend purchasing from this site! I even got some extra goodies like this lovely tote bag. The heritage and level of detail in their work is commendable ❤️

I still have not received the item
I still have not received the item. Tracking system states that it is still at local post office in Ireland, order was placed on March 14th and it is now April 26th.
