Great service, I was just a bit disappointed with the quality of the product.
My order was processed in good time, well packaged and delivered in a couple of days! no concerns there!
But, however, the paneling I purchased seemed like it may have been very old stock. It was brittle and crumbling on the corners. Despite buying the 5mm sheets, it's incredibly soft, easy to mark, you can split it with a fingernail press. It's also no good for spanning a battened wall because it's so floppy, honestly I was expecting it to be rigid and durable given that it's shown to be used as wall cladding on the website.

So overall, great service, product not as anticipated.
I would buy again, but only for ceiling cladding where it's out of reach.
