Total waste of time and money. Was told by Alon that they would take care of everything.
Natia Palelashvili was named my case manager and she did nothing to help. All I received from her were emails asking when would be a good time to call and when she did she would not speak to me just hung up.
It has been a year since I signed up for help and I have not seen a nickle. Don't make the mistake I made find someone else.

Claim Justice did an excellent job recovering approximately $10,000 of my life's savings from an online social media scammer. They have had my case since June 30, 2022. Ari promised me resolution when I sign up and paid me fees. The assigned a case manager Victor who could not communicate and was unavailable most of the time
He did nothing !~ I did all the work filings communication etc., Gizo his supervisor only apologized for him, he did nothing. They recently assigned a new case manager who has no idea what my claim is even about ! she sent me paperwork to file in the Phillipines. Case is bank fraud here is the USA
Worst firm ever, very unethical and dishonest

Now they are backpedaling telling me they didn't make any promises, luckily I recorded Ari and have that on tape. Liars, fraud scam artists.
Took my money haven't done anything since they took the case except give me 2 case managers who are totally incompetent. The don't answer their phones, don't return calls, totally worthless, Look at the other 1 star reviews below, I can't be all that wrong.

I inquired about the services provided on a potential scam i witnessed. Claim-justice employees were very pushy, started spamming my phone, insisted i move forward with a claim for an automatic 2000 payment to proceed. I recieved whatsapp spams, calls at 8 pm at night, i replied to an email that i was no longer interested.....the reply i got was " Good luck "recovering" your money baby....
My final email the person again replied calling me baby.....i just dont believe legitimate companies would have case managers behave what i experienced.
That is the most unprofessional response ive ever received from a company that claims they work with lawyers and investigators. I listened to my gut.

Elene and the whole team have been excellent at explaining the process and Elene is very kind and understanding, and she is in constant contact with me. I highly recommend her and her team!!!

As a rookie, I fell victim to an online scam with "too good to believe" promises and was scammed quite a bit of my savings. I regained my confidence after I came into contact with Claim Justice, they treated me with respect and took the time to fully understand my case. They explained the entire end to end process and exactly what to expect during the investigation. I was also assigned a personal case manager who is in direct contact with me on a daily basis to provide me with regular updates and progress with my investigation. I am happy that I've hired Claim Justice, because they are professional and I can rest in peace knowing they will get the job done.

I greatly appreciate the work Salome Gvishia has been diligently performing while determining all avenues possible in order to retrieve monies stolen due to an online scam. Salome's persistence gives me the hope to persevere forward.

Koba and the rest of the team working on my case are doing a great job so far,he keeps me updated on everything concerning the case and keeps reminding me to give whatever information I can to help with the case…today I received a call from the bank about my case and it’s because of the letter and information that Koba and the team prepared that made it possible for the bank to take on my case,no complaints so far.

The company helped at a tough time got me some of my money back Mariam my advisor was very helpful keeping me uodated and advising me what to so next thanks guys.

Everyone has been very helpful, especially my case manager Ketevan. She works tirelessly for me and keeps my spirits up. She always on top of what the next step is and making sure i provide the items she needs, and also any updates I may have for her. They never say too bad they just keep working for me until the outcome is positive for me! great company to work with when going thru some tough times !

Took too long with no results, but case managers are good people who put in the work to help you. In my case, the idea is not to get back the lost money but to transfer the loss to a great institution, like a bank, but it will be very difficult to get banks to agree to take on your lost.

I think this company is pretty trust company.
They are following up every day with me.
I am feeling very good and waiting for my case finish.
