My tasks were taken care of promptly, and the best part was that I never had to wait long for answers. Whenever I faced an issue, it was resolved right away. Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy - they expect you to input all your personal details but do not conform to U.K. GDPR law. Constant unsolicited emails received, if they can’t understand the GDPR laws how can you expect them to peruse a legal claim on your behalf. AVOID. They are most likely making more money mining your data and selling it than getting you compensation.

Hi there, we have requested some more information but have been unable to get additional details. We would just like to respond to the comments, as they do seem quite serious.
We can reassure you that none of the reviews on this platform are fake. We ask for genuine feedback from all of our clients, both negative and positive. You can see on other sites such as Google we have 73 reviews, with 4.8 stars. We'd be happy to explain how this process works.
Secondly, we never call anyone unsolicited, and we always take people off of our client list when they request us to do so.

Unsolicited Spam & GDPR Concerns — Avoid This Company
I began receiving a flood of unsolicited spam emails from claim.co.uk and PoliceComplaint.co.uk, both operated by Fairweather Group Ltd. Each email ends with the same disclaimer:
"Fairweather Group Ltd t/a claim.co.uk PoliceComplaint.co.uk do not give legal advice or provide a legal service – we are a claims management company..."
I had never heard of Fairweather Group Ltd, never visited their websites, and never gave consent to receive marketing from them or any associated third parties.
Worse still, the opt-out links in their emails do not work. I contacted them directly to request that my data be removed and to stop the misuse of my email address. They ignored my request and continued to send unsolicited emails through their sites. I also raised serious concerns that their actions appear to breach UK GDPR — again, no response.
I am confident that I did not consent to the use of my data in this way. This raises troubling questions about how Fairweather Group Ltd obtains and processes personal information. Based on my experience, they appear to be using email addresses without valid consent and failing to respect data protection rights.
I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. If you receive spam connected to claim.co.uk or PoliceComplaint.co.uk, I recommend reporting it and leaving a review. The internet has enough spammers — we don’t need companies that profit from it.

Hi there, thank you for the review. We would like to clarify a few points. We have received a copy of the email in question. As you can see on the "From" section, this was not sent by us but a third-party affiliate. We do not hold any of your data on our system. This third-party is the data controller and sends a number of emails to their opted-in database.
This means we are unable to remove your personal data from our system, because we don't hold any of your personal data. We can, however, assist you in determining why you have been placed on the third-party affiliate's list.
