What a joke of a company closed account and can transfer outstanding balance of couple hundred pounds no response to emails will be contacting my bank. Please don't play or even open account noting but grief

If there was no stars i would have done. Scam site. I didn't lose a lot of money £75 but won £500 and after ll verified still refused to payout. Dirty scumbag using AI
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This site has stolen my money. Played for a few weeks with no issues, actually made some withdrawals with no issues. I then won over £1000 and got trapped in a verification loop with them. They will only let you withdraw £500 per day, then they will wait 3 days for each transaction to state it’s been rejected through verification failure. I sent them passport, drivers licenses, a letter from the government, a selfie with my drivers license, a phone bill and a bank statement proving funds and deposits. Nothing was enough for them and they continued to reject my withdrawals. I recently reported this to my bank, the money the are due me is so much more than what I have deposited, however I felt I had no option. They have since deleted my account and will not engage with me at all. I never took a bonus and have absolutely no reason for them not to pay me other than this being a complete scam site only there to take your money. Please do not make the same mistake as me and fall for being able to make some withdrawals and being in a false sense of security, I actually think this site is trying to get your identity documents. Kingia - I have reported you to action fraud, my bank and I sincerely hope people see this and you don’t receive any more deposits.

Absolutely awful. Left me withdraw my first win of £180. Still allowed me to deposit , won £400 and still wont give me my money.
Also took £30 from my bank and said it was unsuccessful, even though I have proof natwest released the funds. Stay away

Avoid this company. Got a refund for only £42 after waiting over 7 months. Would never have known that they got a refund if hmrc didn’t send out a letter. I presume they have pocketed the money as 1 month after getting the letter I still haven’t heard from this company.

I found this company online and from day 1 very helpful and professional. Dealt with my claims very efficiently, any questions I had were answered almost immediately via a phone call , email or WhatsApp. 100% recommended great service.

I was recently made aware of a milage claim but had no idea how to go about it. I came across this company online and I am over the moon that I found them. Everything I needed to do they explained with no difficulty. I've now had 2 successful claims and will be using them again next year. Special mention to Mike who I dealt with. He is efficient and very responsive with phone calls and emails. They of course take there cut but its deserved.

Yes i have left a review for a similar company as i waited 6 months and heard nothing back and now the same has happened with you. I have emailed you 5 or 6 times and every time you say you haven't heard back. I emailed a week ago and you haven't bothered to reply, hence the 1 star review.

I have provided you with the correct details but you can't be bothered to reply to your customers so I will be keeping the 1 star review.

My claims code ends in 210G and it's from October if you want proof I made a claim with you then I can happily show emails from yourself.
