Service very poor claims outstanding from before the deadline to claim ppi my claims have been outstanding for many months now the deadline has been in place since august my claims have been pending a long time before this I am continually chasing these claims

I have had quite a difficult time with…
I have had quite a difficult time with my ppi claim due to the lenders being very unprofessional and slow. However claimeazy has taken so much of the burden of chasing them etc off of me that I am able to relax with confidence in the knowledge that this will get sorted. Emma H has been amazing, keeping me in the loop all the way and also nudging the lenders . The company really do above and beyond and I really feel like I matter and that I’m a customer rather than a number , thank you Emma
