If I were to go with my first choice for a tartan necktie. Which would have necessitated paying for a whole bolt of cloth. On her own initiative, she consulted with a colleague. Who was a tartan expert and found an alternative. Absolutely FANTASTIC!

I ordered a custom-measurement mini kilt for delivery, and even though I made a mistake with my measurements, Stewart was quick to respond to my request to amend the measurements. We ordered a handful of clan-related items to be delivered to the Netherlands for a wedding. However, Royal Mail failed to deliver completely. The team at clan.com did all they could, as fast as possible via DHL, to deliver the items to us in a second delivery, without extra costs, and everything arrived just on time. I can't imagine a better service! The communication and commitment was perfect.

I purchased a shawl from clan for a Xmas gift. It was delayed due to circumstances outwith their control. Once it had arrived at their premises Hazel and staff went above and beyond to ensure it reached me in time to be given as an early Xmas gift. The tartan shawl was lovely quality and just what I had been looking for.

I ordered a particular tartan scarf and tie for my boyfriend. The tartan had a very sentimental meaning and when they arrived (as promised) the quality was outstanding. The scarf was hand made and the detail on the label … Made in Scotland made my man very emotional (as he is a Scotsman living in England 😂
