Fantastic choice of different gifts and nothing was too much trouble. My wife loved her gift box but was even more delighted with her personalised card.

Purchased a ‘make your own’ hamper as a Christmas gift. Recipient was delighted with it. Customer service was second to none, despite me knowing how busy Clan Artisan is at this time of year. Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

My order was delivered promptly
My order was delivered promptly, there was a small mix up with the gift message, it was delivered with someone else's message, but the recipients were happy with the goods. The recipients had to phone to find out who had sent the hamper, I was not contacted about the error.

Firstly huge apologies that we mixed up the gift card for your order, as a small business , customer service is very important to us and we appreciate that you must have felt let down by us not contacting you .
The particular week your order went out , we ended up with hundreds of orders all going out at the same time due to supply chain issues . We had originally planned for half of the orders to go out the week before -
but this couldn't happen as we were awaiting on products to fulfill them.
It was an extremely challenging week and with 3 new staff members , with so much for them to learn and with so many issues behind the scenes outwith our control - it was one of the most overwhelming weeks we have ever had in business.
We can understand your disappointment and as much as we try our best to try to ensure everything goes to plan ... sometimes we make mistakes .
Working throughout this pandemic has really highlighted so many challenges now that weren't an issue before , so we have lots of changes to make in January when we return .

Really helpful all through the process. Site is really easy to use too & the choice is very good. Price is very competitive too.
All delivered by the date I asked for, with clear instructions to keep the cheese fresh & a nice bag to pop them in whilst they're in the fridge

Very impressed! Ordered a wee hamper for friends and when one item was available was phoned and had full discussion about alternatives. Helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Delivered the following day! Superb service.

Excellent service from ordering to receipt. As soon as order was placed online I received a text about collection. Very efficient service which I could not fault. The items were a gift for a colleague who was delighted with them. Very good value for money and an extremely efficient and personable service.
