Ordered this expensive watch..I'm 80yrs old. Could barely open to charge. My daughter barely could open for charge also as she is much younger. She said very poor quality to send it back. To CHINA for refund?? Could not afford to mail it back on my ss benefits. They gave me a very small credit compared to paying nearly $90 for this piece of junk from China. Terrible customer service..terrible useless product.

Back last summer I ordered three phone chargers. In doing this I did not realize I had started a membership with this company charging me $29.99 each month for 6 months. I never received emails offering “cheaper products.” I emailed Emma of Clario and canceled this membership and asked for a refund on the membership. She wrote back and said, “what I can do for you is offer a 50% courtesy refund on your amount, and it will reflect in your account in just a short 7-10 days.” I was expecting $89.97 to be credited on my credit card. Never got it. I have I emailed them 10 times about this. They don’t do what they offer.

Due to health and personal concerns I had to discontinue my Clario membership. Emma, from the onset, was extremely courteous and understanding. She was very efficient and prompt.

The power quick charge 3.0 is great- It does everything they promised it would. More importantly however, is the excellent customer service I received. I mistakenly signed up for a service that was not going to work for me and Emma in customer service took great care of me and was quick in her replies.

It was probably my "fault",but I was unaware that my initial purchase included an ongoing access to all products. When I realized this, I reached out to the company and received the utmost caring attention to resolve my issue. My request was attended to promptly and respectfully.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my experience with a company that I believe is engaging in misleading practices. I recently purchased a fast charger after being enticed by a marketing video that claimed it charged phones in seconds and was suitable for all smartphones. They also made promises about repairing phones after updates, suggesting that the charger could counteract slowdowns caused by companies like Apple.

However, upon receiving the charger, I found it to be nothing more than a basic, inexpensive model that did not deliver on its promises. It failed to charge my phone quickly, in fact, it took even longer than a regular charger. When I reached out to the company for support, I was met with disappointing customer service. They offered a refund only if I covered the shipping costs to return the product, to ship to China, which on also concerning as to advertise the day based in the US, and that's the reason why I shop there in the first place, just to find out, that was a lie which is absurd given their faulty claims.

The company's proposed solution was to provide a 30% refund if I kept the faulty charger, which is hardly acceptable as I could have purchased a better charger at a more reasonable price elsewhere. It is disheartening to see such companies exploiting consumers, particularly those of us in North America.

I also noticed numerous glowing reviews about this company, leading me to question the authenticity of those testimonials. It raises concerns about the integrity of their marketing strategies.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that we can warn others about the company's questionable practices. Thank you for considering my experience.

Absolute scam.

My elderly mom tried to buy a heart monitor, was charged for 5 and was put on a monthly subscription without any notice. This company is predatory toward elderly people and the digitally illiterate.

We had to cancel her current credit card to ensure they quit the subscription.

Avoid them like the plague. I don’t see why any credit card companies or banks even accept charges from these bottomfeeders. Absolutely shameful.

The worst scammers on this planet. How are these thieves aloud to continue to exist. The previous reviews written by others are bang on. How do they even sleep at night. Karma is a ***** and it will catch up to them.

They sent the wrong products and charged me three times. The package con=mes with no trackable information at all and you never get a confirmation email either. This is a total scam!

I awarded one star because there is not an option to award zero. This company is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. When you click on an option, they have pre-chosen several other options, which includes a ‘subscription’ to their site. You get no opportunity to review your order before committal and they do not cancel within an hour as they promise. Utter scammers. I returned the extra goods via a tracked parcel. No refund. These people are vile. I work hard for my money; I’d rather spend it with ethical traders.

When I reviewed the safe key product I ordered from Clario Home and I realized it was not a quality item. I asked their customer service to stop the order immediately and refund all of my money on the day of the order. Their customer service waited on purpose several days to respond until the order was shipped and now refuse to work with me. In my opnion this is a company and a line of products I suggest you avoid.

33 emails later and I am still trying to get a refund from this awful company. I have now put it into dispute with my bank but clariohome.com know all the tricks. Please learn from my costly mistake and avoid like the plague.

This company is a scam. I ordered one charger, but they added two more to my cart without my consent. I canceled the order, but they still shipped all three. When I tried returning them, I repeatedly asked for a return address but got no response—just empty support emails.
They provided address that was undeliverable, and they later gave me one in China. They still haven’t refunded me. Worse, I discovered they’ve been charging me a hidden $29.99 monthly fee for six months.

Clariohome.com on Sheridan Wyoming took my money ..the order was incorrect I notified them with 3 days ..they shipped anyway I returned unopened to address sent from and they will not refund my money
