We are extremely happy. We have moved A LOT around the world and Ian and his team stand out at the top. Ian, Tyler, and Lee made everything look easy. Professional, of course, but also personable and pleasant to work with. Ian even sorted out getting a larger piece in by removing the front door (and replacing it). We plan to use Clark and Rose next move and would gladly recommend them.

I had a great experience, all staff were friendly and took care of my belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend Clark & Rose to anybody. And would use again if the need arises.

The guys were very professional and friendly, speedy as well!! Managed to load the van in super quick time and get it off loaded the same day into the different rooms & garage (75 miles away)

From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The admin team were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions, which made the whole process feel much less stressful.

On moving day, the crew were excellent — hardworking, organised, and genuinely helpful. They treated our belongings with care and kept everything running smoothly throughout what could have been a very demanding move.

Clark and Rose were good value for money. The removing team were friendly and efficient in moving a large house in the time agreed. However, their approach was quite haphazard. For example, instead of leaving our bed until the last, they dismantled it nearly 5 days before the actual date of removal. Instead of starting to pack in the areas causing least disruption, they did the opposite. Boxes were incorrectly labelled and delivered to the wrong rooms in the new house. There were some breakages, including an irreplaceable piece of sculpture.

Right from the first contact, the team at Clark and Rose were communicative, knowledgable, professional and friendly. I felt reassured and confident that my house move would be in safe hands.
On the day, John and Ian were on time, careful, respectful of my properly and possessions and had a great sense of humour! They certainly made what is always a stressful time much easier to manage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clark and Rose to anyone considering their services.

The whole team really made the effort to where possible to make it a stress free as possible move.

One suggestion as a constructive criticism would be to add in your process, the verbal reminder to client

Who calls for removal of empty boxes and packing, that this is a one time collection only and not a staged collection and removal so make sure all to be removed is total and complete.

I recently relocated from Canada to Edinburgh, UK and was quite nervous about the shipping process (communications, added costs, delays, and potential damage). I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Clark & Rose, who handled the UK side of my relocation.

Lynn Page was fantastic - her communication was extremely efficient and she was always available when I had questions, including a stressful last-minute request.

To my surprise, my items arrived earlier than expected, and the team who came to the house were excellent. They were very careful with everything, flexible with a number of requests, and handled a particularly difficult laneway with ease. Everything arrived in the same condition it left Canada in - and I was delighted with the experience.

Good experience from the initial visit to assess for the move to the furniture arriving in our new home. All the staff were very friendly, worked hard, everything was packed well and arrived safely.

I recently relocated from Biggleswade to Scotland, the team at Clark & Rose were exceptional. From start to finish I was updated on all aspects of my relocation, the Biggleswade team arrived on time, packed up with care and got on the road, the Scotland team arrived within a few days and were fantastic, by late afternoon they offloaded 8 crates to the required rooms. I would not hesitate to use Clark & Rose again and would highly recommend.

The Removal guys Keegan and Scott were very pleasant and professional. They arrived promptly and were very efficient and careful with my belongings. This made the moving experience a very positive one. This also includes the administration staff, namely Lynn and Veronica, Portlethan, who guided me through the paperwork which was required. They were very helpful and kept in contact with me during this process. It also felt easy to call them if I had a question or concern. It was definitely stress free and I am very happy to recommend this company.

From initial survey which was professional and spot on in terms of estimating boxes and cubic volume of goods to then packing & uplift of our belongings was all done by friendly and professional team who took great care. Unpacking of furniture at our new house was no problem and team patiently moved furniture until we were happy they were in the right position . All unloaded safe and sound and empty boxes and packing removed very promptly. Excellent moving experience couldn’t fault the team and would definitely recommend as made a stressful event so much easier.
