Kathrine was brilliant. Her knowledge and guidance couldn’t have been better and ultimately we left with a fantastic pair of new, well fitting shoes for my son.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Our little granddaughter is 16 mths old and Amanda was absolutely lovely with her. Very patient and gave us excellent advice. You can be sure little feet are well served in this store . Thank you

Baby & toddler shoes …
I went to get shoes for 2 children and was served by Kathrine , she was very patient and thorough whilst fitting my 11 month grandson his shoes. She took the time to explain to my daughter why the shoes were a good fit etc another store had sized him wrong as the toes were curling up on his shoes . We also got some summer shoes for my grandaughter who was delighted with her colourful jumping shoes .

New shoes for my son this morning at Didcot Clarks. Kathrine helped us. She is always friendly and super customer focused. Real attention to detail to make sure the shoes are a perfect fit. Thank you.

Amanda was so welcoming and helpful to my little boy and me. She had an amazing manner with him and really knew her stock for the appropriate fit of shoe for him. Thank you!
