Generally speaking I like the site. Good games, nice VIP host. The redemption process needs a major overhaul. When you request a redemption it’s labeled as “instant” - except it’s not. It enters an arbitrary review period that can last anywhere from hours to days. Earlier today I won around $3500 - cool right? Not really! You can at most request $500 at a time, and you can’t request another until 24 hours after that one is approved. I’m about 8 hours past requesting the first, still hasn’t been processed, and can’t even request another until 24 hours AFTER whenever they decide to allow me to have my winnings. Very weird and clearly designed to try and get people to play it back.

This has been one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had using a website it’s new and has card battling for us geeks! Also the customer service is killer and the discounts are great for a the opening of the game.

A breath of fresh air in the crowded social casino era... the added interaction of a PVP card battle game is the best thing I've seen yet that increases player satisfaction and site value. The thrill of grinding for a higher spot in the leaderboards is so freaking cool and rewarding and it's totally free and built just for this astonishing experiment of a social casino build. And BTW, Support is so amazingly kind and present for your concerns and questions.

I thought I had no chance to find another online game venue, but then someone told me about Clash5. I joined right away and got some free bonuses and then I went ahead and bought the welcome package which gave me a nice amount of coins for the price. I did have to contact customer service because the first time it didn’t go through, but that wasn’t their fault it was because I didn’t submit my security code correctly. The person who helped me was very nice and told me just give it a try again and to let them know if it didn’t go through. I followed the directions it went through and I had a great time playing there. I plan to play there again this evening and look forward to it.
