Our adventure to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia was fabulous! Our days were filled with experiences that gave me a new perspective of the history and culture of these countries. Our guide, Hai, facilitated our conversations with a great depth of knowledge. He was flexible and had a wonderful sense of humor. The accommodations were unique and the food was superb. The trip was beyond our expectations!

The guides were terrific and the drivers were very proficient given the challenging traffic conditions in the big cities. The hikes were dusty as expected but they got us out of the normal tourist routine.

Classic Journeys clearly has a deep connection to Cuba which allowed us to interact deeply with quite a few Cubans. Also the leader Alfredo was exceptional!

The guides and itinerary were the best part of this trip. Our guide gave us the equivalent of an intensive 5-day course on prehistory, history, geology, wines - and answered any questions we asked. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and organized.

Our trip with Classic Journeys through Tuscany and Cinque Terre was exceptional. It offered exactly what we were looking for - beautiful scenery, a nice mix of countryside and and coastal walks, high-quality accommodations, delicious local food & wine, and a small group experience.

This trip was a truly exceptional experience into the culture, history, geology and food of Sicily. Learning the complex history behind the island, and experiencing so much of the historical structures, geology and natural beauty was very fulfilling.

The food was unparalleled, and. the stops to learn and experience native food culture at a winery in Mt Etna, a cheese farm and and an Olive Oil Plantation were truly eye opening and educational, not to mention the tastings :)

The accommodations in Agrigento and Taormina were divine, and you might want to add some time to enjoy the amenities at the Verdura Resort (Agrigento) (Beach, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Pool)

This is not really a Hiking/Walking tour - so do not expect anything more than some amblings....with one exception! The hike up Mt Etna (though not all the way to the top!) took some effort, but not much :) Seeing and learning about this active volcano with it's lava flows was wonderful.

We went with another couple that are our friends, and the 6 others in the group all got along superbly, with great interaction and sharing experiences. We are fortunate!

To compete the island, one may want to add on a day prior to see Monreale, Segesta and Elice - which can be done through local tour guides as well, and then similarly to Siracusa at the end - this would give you the total experience!!!!

All these types of trips are highly dependent on your Guide - and here we scored a 10/10!!!! Francesco was a gem. Classic Journeys is fortunate to have him as one of their Tour Guides.

Our guide Katty was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and personable with great personality. She was top notch!

Would have liked alittle more time to enjoy some hotel pools and hot tubs. It was a very busy schedule which I know the travel from place to place takes up alot of that time.
The staff at the 3 hotels on the islands were very friendly and accommodating. They made you feel right at home.
It was an amazing experience!

From the moment I was picked up at the hotel on Sunday the fifth every day was an oh my God moment and classic journeys outdid themselves day after day. The tour guides Johnny and Anita kept everything running so smoothly. I consider them friends along with the along with the other members of the tour Antonio the driver was a class act all the way.
I highly recommend class journeys being a solo traveler, it’s the best way to see the world and by the end of the tour, you’ve made new friends for life..
