Speaking from personal experience here…
I was tutored at their online classes for GCSE English, Physics and Chemistry. The teaching abilities of the teachers are great, making the lessons fun, interactive and educational. Would recommend to anyone considering putting their child under the tutelage of excellent tutors that care about their students. Personally, I will continue with A-Level tuition here.

My daughter used class tutor since the beginning of year 10 GCSEs until the end of her year 11 final exams in June this year.
Throughout the 18 months it took time to get a regular tutor who was experienced in core subjects Maths , Chemistry and Physics.
We did trials at the beginning which took a few days to check which tutors were available for us.
Invoices were sometimes inaccurate and I had to check them sometimes.

Thank you for your feedback. We were pleased to support your daughter right up until her GCSE exams.
We do take time when allocating tutors, as this is a personal process — especially when transitioning from group lessons to one-to-ones — to ensure the best fit in both capability and teaching style.
Regarding invoices, we’ve reviewed all records and can confirm payments were taken on schedule and for the correct amounts. If this was different to what you expected, or if there were any inconsistencies, please do let us know, though nothing was raised with us during the year.
We truly enjoyed teaching your daughter over these 18 months and wish you both the very best for the next stage of her education.
Amazing Tutors
I’ve been with Classtutor for a few years now and it’s been a really solid experience. The lessons are always on time, well organised and very engaging. The tutors take the time to properly explain everything and are genuinely helpful and approachable. Overall, the sessions have helped me improve and I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve been using Class Tutor online classes for my son, and I have to say that his maths teacher, Naeeme, has been absolutely fantastic. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but her positive and engaging attitude really stood out. She made the lessons fun, kept the children motivated, and created such a happy, active environment. What really impressed me was that she even stayed on after class to chat with the kids and make them feel valued. My son loved the sessions and learned a lot. Highly recommend!

Very professional company
Very professional company. I was nervous at first due to the low price, but I shouldn't have been. My daughter had maths tuition. She could choose either once or twice a week. 1 hour per session. It was online and was in a group. I was worried that due to it being in a group, my daughter would get lost. She loses focus easily, and although she is good at maths, she can be a daydreamer. The groups, however, were very small, and the tutor directed all the questions for each child to answer in the chat. This meant that my daughter couldn't copy ither answers and had no choice but to stay focused. The tutor was clearly an experienced, British teacher. I have been a primary teacher for 25 years and so could spot a mile off that he had lots of experience working in UK schools. He was very professional and explained things really well.
My daughter has had lessons with quite a few other, slightly cheaper, online companies.... but this tutor was the best she has had. She said that she was learning so much more since joining Class Tutor.
We had messaged reminders, so we didn't forget the lessons. And the company would call us if our daughter wasn't online when she needed to be. If, for any reason, we were unable to argent the live lesson, she could watch the video recording of it at a later date- so we never felt we wasted money on missed lessons.
We pay monthly for the lessons and it's taken by direct debit. It was really easy to set up.
When we needed a break from the lessons, it was really easy. I messaged them, they then sent me a short form to complete and then they gave me my months notice. No hoops to jump through or difficult, begging conversations. Very easy and straight forward .I would say to give the company a try. I have been round the block for many, many years, looking for affordable tuition and I feel that this is one of the best.

Absolutely the BEST decision for my Son!
Enrolling my son with Classtutor was hands-down the best decision I’ve ever made. After trying several other agencies with disappointing results, Classtutor has proven to be in a league of its own: They send timely reminders and even call if my child misses a session, to find out what’s happening and get him back on track. As a parent, I really value that extra level of support.
From day one, their team has been on top of everything. They properly follow up, answer every question, and ensure we never miss a beat. The best part is that my son absolutely loves his sessions with Naimah. She is vibrant, patient, and makes each lesson fun and meaningful.
Classtutor delivers on every promise. If you’re a parent who needs both results and peace of mind, look no further - Classtutor is exactly what you need!

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Upon reviewing our records, we agreed in December—both verbally and in writing—that you wished to pause your subscription for January and February, with a return in March. This was actioned accordingly.
As a policy, we rely on parents to inform us of any changes to their plans so we can implement them ahead of their scheduled classes. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further updates from you regarding a cancellation.
We’ve made multiple attempts to contact you to resolve this matter but have been unable to reach you. Please do get in touch with us at your earliest convenience, and we’ll be happy to discuss a resolution.
