Ordered a birthday card on 31/8/20 and it said 2 days expected delivery. The following day I was updated that my cards was on its way. 5 days later it’s still not arrived! I’ve now had to buy a replacement card so not best pleased as first time using Clathers.

The ordering and delivery was easy and efficient. Disappointed that the lambswool insoles arrived loose in the transportation bag and not in a bag of their own...made me feel like they were unhygenic in this current climate as if someone may have already tried them and returned them because they didnt fit. I have tried not to be so dependant on Amazon but this is exactly the reason why i do tend to shop at Amazon...i've ordered a few insoles in the past and they always arrive wrapped in a bag that has never been opened since production.

The item I ordered was beautiful and perfect.
But it took far too long to get to me (a letter from one end of the UK to the other should not take more than working 2 days, it took a week).

Fast delivery. I made an error whilst ordering and this was sorted out immediately. Great service 👍

I had to contact them about a dress that I had ordered they went out of their way to help me. Clatters is certainly a firm that you can rely on and they sell really beautiful clothes.

Overall I was very pleased with the card - the card and envelope was of high quality and looks exactly like the picture. Unfortunately there was a few glue spots which had smudged out on to the material which I had to remove (no time to return the item).

Great card, but came way later than informed, hence the card missed the recipients birthday. If purchasing again I would have to order way ahead of date needed.

I thought that the options on offer were poor,had to purchase choices that I did not really want!.

Excellent fast frìendly service.

Dresses are cheap looking, thin fabric (see through) and the colours are not as vibrant as shown on line unfortunately would not recommend.

The card was purchased on Sunday for a birthday the following Thursday. Advertised as posted with Royal Mail 24 I anticipated its arrival on Wednesday.
The card arrived Friday, too late for this occasion.
It is a wonderful card, I am pleased with the purchase, however the delivery service was woeful, which not entirely the fault of the vendor spoiled the experience.

Brilliant service. Ordered 4pm arrived lunchtime post next day. Very snug and cosy for my poor sore feet. Recommend.
