Nothing wrong with the quality of these shirts. However, the return process has put me off buying from this company ever again. To return, we had to first "request" a return. After our return was approved, we had to pay for it ourselves. We then waited ages for the return to be processed (2 weeks or more) at which point the sale had started and our shirt was refunded at the SALE price, so we were a tenner down plus original postage costs, plus our return costs.

Your courier tried to deliver to my P.O. box on Friday...I can't work out why they can't walk into the postoffice and drop off the shirt to the postal staff. Oviously, this is beyond their mental capacity.

So the couriers received an email to return the shirt on Thursday. Why they tried to deliver Friday is beyond me.

So it is being returned back to you. Hopefully, you will send it using the Royal Mail for delivery to my PO box. Which were your initial instructions for delivery...

There is a reason I have a PO box...I'm not normally at home....

Fantastic quality.
I bought a shirt about 10 years ago, I must have 20 now, fantastic quality, great designs and colours. Different colour thread on some clothing makes them stand out. I would highly recommend buying from Claudio Lugli

I have around twenty Claudio shirts. All of them are excellent. Only once has the delivery been below par when they sent me the wrong size. It was resolved immediately with no fuss.

The Paint Splashes ladies' shirt fits perfectly, the online size chart was really helpful. A lovely colourful, quality, shirt with contrast colour inside the cuffs and yoke. A bit of initial hassle with ordering although staff were quick to notify me and helpful in sorting it out. I would like to have an option for cheaper, if longer, delivery time but that is a minor point. I would definitely buy again if there is another design that catches my eye in the same way.

I think they should do free delivery, £90 for a shirt. Atomretro.com do, free after £75.

I followed the sizing guide but the XXL shirts were miles off being the correct size. I will review what is my next step.

Apart from purchasing shirts for myself, my family know , these are my go to gifts & I have quite an assortment of long & short sleeve shirts in my wardrobe.

I recently purchased the Midnight Floral Print Shirt from Claudio Lugli, and once again, I haven't been disappointed.
I've bought several shirts from Claudio Lugli now, and this particular design is noticeably darker than some of the brighter floral prints I've previously purchased. While I really enjoy the look of their brighter shirts, the darker, more unusual print of the Midnight Floral stood out to me straight away. It has a completely different character and looks fantastic on.
As always with Claudio Lugli, the quality is exceptional. The material is really thick and feels substantial, the shirt is cut and tailored extremely well, and it fits beautifully.
One thing that deserves a special mention is just how easy these shirts are to iron. They are very, very easy to iron, which is a hell of a bonus when you're wearing shirts regularly. It might sound like a small thing, but it makes a genuine difference.
Claudio Lugli has now become my go-to brand for shirts. I honestly don't bother looking at other brands anymore because I know I'm going to get excellent quality, a great fit and something that looks a little different from the usual high-street offerings.
The Midnight Floral is another winner from Claudio Lugli, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quality shirt with a bit more character.

You could change the way you ship outside the UK, in terms of made in the UK or EU , because the EU charges more than 50% duties and customs duties on your beautiful clothes.

Great designs and super fit! I now have c20 CL shirts (long and short sleeve), and they are consistently high quality, unique, and always attract a favourable comment (unlike the person wearing them!). I’ll need a bigger wardrobe with the autumn designs now appearing.

Fabulous quality, wonderful bright colours, I have many and love them all! - but I want even brighter, even more striking colours! Lightening flashes, Frank Frazetta type fantasy art.
Should also look to organic cotton perhaps.
