Two polo shirts
Bought a polo shirt from the stall at an event, I should have tried it on at the time but didn't and once I got home I found it a touch small. Contacted via Whatsapp as I really liked the design and wanted to buy another in a second colour. Posted back to them and arranged that both would be posted back in the same delivery, great communication from the team and I will be ordering more soon. Great shirts, great service.

Hi Ann, thank you for the feedback and we're really pleased you're happy with the shirt - sorry the delivery didn't feel like the same standard. Let us explain what happened: our next day service is based on working days and has a 4pm cut-off. Your order was placed on Thursday evening, so it was picked and dispatched on the Friday, and as our couriers don't deliver to standard addresses at the weekend, the next working day for delivery was Monday. If a weekend delivery is needed, there is an express Saturday option at checkout which we'd always recommend for orders placed late in the week. As a rule of thumb: order before 4pm and we'll dispatch the same day for next working day delivery. We appreciate that wasn't clear enough at the time, so please do email us with your order number (CL#77610) and we'll happily look into the delivery charge for you. Currently waiting on my delivery
Currently waiting on my delivery. Was meant to be next day it’s now currently over 7days. I’ve highlighted Poor customer service. I’d received no communication from Claudio regarding the whereabouts of my items and I’ve had to do all the chasing. The responses/excuses I then received were laughable at best
