One word - Awful. Advice - Avoid.
Data, especially when scraped from LinkedIn, is not reliable and, in the cases I checked out of date by months, creating a potential business and personal credibility issue.
Customer Service, although it is a stretch to call it that, is appalling. Ignoring requests for a refund and failing to use the email thread - making it harder to keep continuity of your question.
Now deleted the account completely and $50 out of pocket!
