Without a doubt the best customer experience i've ever had. I've had some issues with my renovations, but Trudy has been incredibly responsive, helpful and generous throughout. And generally great craic too! Appears to be a company that deeply cares about its customers and their projects - would highly recommend.

I really recommend using Claybrook Studio, I called and spoke to a lady at the Shoreditch branch to ask some questions about some tiles. I then placed my order online and contacted customer support for a request with my delivery.
The team helped arrange the delivery for a day that suited me and express shipping to get my order to me quickly. Can't fault the team or the delivery couriers, everything went really well and the tiles themselves are beautiful.

Such an unhappy experience. Ordered the tiles online as shown in stock. Then informed they were not in stock when due for delivery. Given a new stock date. No communication so I contacted them only to be told delivery was now expected in several weeks time. Had to cancel order as bathroom fitting could not be delayed. No refund received when promised. Had to chase for money and still waiting. Unacceptable and very poor service.

It's been a pleasure to work with Claybrook. The tiles are perfect and high quality and the customer service, especially from Colin Crowhurst, has been nothing short of exceptional. Would happily recommend and will now be looking for further stones for our utlity from from them.

Unfulfilled paint order and no way of getting in contact with the company- they will ignore your calls and emails. All whilst withholding your money and your order! Definitely should avoid ordering from here if you want to save yourself a headache during kitchen renovations.

Carly helped me with a project renovating two home bathrooms. She gave fantastic advice and support to select the tiles and fittings, and was amazing with the customer care that she provided throughout. I would 100% recommend her and Claybrook, and we were delighted with the choices and updated bathrooms that look such high quality and absolutely stunning.

I ordered a few samples after finding this retailer on line by chance. They were all beautiful, we were spoilt for choice but managed to settle on the ones we wanted for the two rooms we’re doing.
I’ve just taken delivery, 4 days from ordering. On opening the box, I can tell everything has been packaged with care.
The quality and price offers real value for money, they look more expensive than they actually were. Both tiles are going to look stunning. Really happy with our purchase and will look at Claybrook first for any future tiling jobs.

I ordered tile samples twice and explained that I needed them to for my renovation and to decide if those tiles are the ones. I waited a week each time and they nerve arrived. Would not recommend! If they were like this shipping samples I can only imagine what they’d be like with an actual full order.

Just finished tiling my laundry counter top and I am so so pleased with the tiles I bought. Great recommendation for the grout as well. Their website is also just really well laid out, user friendly. Got good customer support as well when I had a question. Will be a returning customer.

First time I've used Claybrook for paint. Very impressed indeed. Fabulous coverage and a dream to paint with. Used Venetian lagoon in a bedroom and it's stunning. Very pleased

Great customer service, beautiful tiles and quick dispatch. I chose Claybrook as their website gives the option to buy per tile, which was perfect for my very small fireplace hearth project. The first lot of free samples were lost by DHL courier despite my efforts to track them down, but lovely Trudy at the Claybrook Banbury office promptly arranged a second lot of samples to be sent to my work address, rather than waste time trying to sort out where the missing package was with DHL.
The order of Fellini (?) Oceana Gloss brick shaped tiles arrived quickly and are the perfect size for the small hearth place (I will add that they are not sold as a floor tile, as confirmed by customer service and the website, but these are for decorative purposes only) and look stunning now in situ. I will happily buy from Claybrook again.

I love this paint! There’s a great range of colours and it goes on smoothly. I wouldn’t use anything else now.

Claybrook Studio - Kings Road branch could not have been more helpful, we ran out of tiles on Thursday and they managed to get 3 to us by Monday morning, thank you Trudy! The Claremont tiles 60x90 are absolutely stunning - look just like pillow edged burgundy limestone flooring but with none of the upkeep and constant worry about staining. THANK YOU!

oxide, a butterscotch like orange brown colour. Upon first coat, the paint came up super patchy and the colour was burgundy red. I emailed the customer service team, who advised another coat for the colour to come through. I did and checked in the evening, it was definitely less patchy but got even more red! At this point I emailed again and asked the team to send another colour but was advised to do a third coat and was offered swatches instead! Any decent company would give you a refund for selling a misleading item but no, not these guys!! My advice: stick to known brands and don’t go by the fancy pictures you see on the website. This one is going where it belongs: in the bin!!

We absolutely love our Claybrook tiles. They are of phenomenal quality and look absolutely gorgeous. We chose Claybrook as we wanted high quality tiles that were unique and where we had options to play around with different types in our bathroom and as we think about our future spaces. What we have found the most impressive is the exceptional customer support. We sadly had a couple damaged tiles but Emma helped sort us out and was always there to help. She’s an absolute gem. Looking forward to continuing to buy tiles from Claybrook in the future!

We ordered 3k worth of tiles and the transport company they use 'Reason Transport' just dumped them at the top of the gravel drive. Its approx 1 ton of weight and 250mtrs...
The small print states' no help to bring them inside the property', which I understand, we just wanted them delivered TO THE PROPERTY!
The driver offered zero assistance. I would think twice when using this company.

We placed an order for 35sqm of kitchen floor tiles, and despite paying upfront and more than we would from a high street option we waited around 2 months. This meant our builders had to leave site and come back, which cost us more. Each time I called up the customer service women was very rude and unhelpful basically telling me to stop calling as they had no answers. At no point could they give me a ETA so we couldn't book the builders back in. I spoke to a young lady twice, who was lovely and said they were due in the following day and she would speak to the warehouse to see if they could ship next day. Un surprisingly it never happened. Terrible communications and created a very stressful situation.

We’ve had the best experience when purchasing our tiles from claybrook, and Olivia was a huge help over email when answering any questions I had. We are in love with our new tiles, and so happy we chose to get them from claybrook!

I am thrilled with the Claybrook fellini tiles which look stunning with their irregular appearance and were an amazingly good price. Customer service was impeccable during the entire process from queries about samples to arrival. I really appreciated in shop advice on the change of tones of the different colours under distinct light conditions. This informed my decision to buy bianco and not the crema.
