Nancy and her team did a terrific job - the house is looking like new again. Mimmo was very easy to deal with and I am glad I made the call to get help to clean up after the building work I recently had done. I'll happily call on Clean house Melbourne next time it's all feeling like too much to clean on my own. They arrived on time, took care to understand what I wanted done and then got straight into doing it. Very happy customer!

Over priced.
For the price I was charged I should not have found a single speck of dust. Several areas were missed. The final inspection with the owners wife I found extremely annoying.

This is planned on purpose to check together at the end of the cleaning, to fix all that needed fixing and we don't leave until our customers are fully happy with everything we have cleaned. We were impressed with the enthusiasm of Mimmo and his team and their work that was of a very high standard. The cleaning transformed the property to our satisfaction and that of a professional stylist whom we had engaged. When she came in the next day she commented that it was rare in her experience not to have to do any cleaning before she began staging the property. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and the value for money. We given options for the best outcome within our budget. Mimmo and his wife clearly love what they do and we have already passed on their contact details to the stylist and real estate agent.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Mimo and his team, they are absolutely lovely, professional and highly highly effective. We have a big house that they cleaned perfectly from top to bottom, the house literally looks brand new. Could not recommend their spring cleaning service more highly! Worth every cent

Reliable and clean
It's very delightful to have found a very reliable cleaner who listens to customer. I engage their services during a renovation project that gave me a lot of headache. Mimmo and Nancy go above and beyond to fit in my schedule in a very short notice and delivers an excellent result, and take a lot of pressure away from me, at least in the cleaning aspect. They come on time and even though their price is not cheap, at least I know that I'm getting quality out of it.

Happy that Mimmo responded very quickly. Our last minute request for a weekend office cleaning was serviced and was done well. Mimmo made sure that the cleaner stays on site until the last minute as booked. Cleaner took initiative to ask which areas need more cleaning which is good rather than leaving the place unsure if work has been done satisfactorily as per client's standard.

Not happy with the service I got
I had to a clean myself after paying for the service. The more I cleaned and seen what they missed the more annoyed I got at the bad service I got. Showers were still filthy. Hovering was not even done and dirty mirrors and just an all round bad attempt at cleaning my apartment. It was not worth the money
