Forward thinking...
This British company are so forward thinking, in their products as well as in their customer support. I had a few questions about cleaning my loo without bleach and a whole host of tips were sent straight over by my brand rep person. Works brilliantly!

We are pleased the team were able to help and that you are using our products as they should be used - getting rid of many of the toxic products that should no longer be flushed into our waterways. Thank you

Hi Karen
Thank you for your review, I'm glad you're loving the products!
I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive as quickly as usual. I'm not sure whether you saw the post we made to all Brand Ambassadors to let you know that, much to our surprise, we'd had several reports of orders taking longer to arrive over the past few weeks. We dispatch orders from our warehouse swiftly after they're placed so this is unusual. We then saw in the news that Royal Mail have been fined by Ofcom for "consistent failure to meet delivery targets".
As such we are looking into all options, tracked deliveries with Royal Mail and services provided by other companies, we will update all Brand Ambassadors shortly with these changes.

I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products, Heather Grinter a clean living rep was brilliant and really helped me to understand the products, they have a lovely fresh yet delicate scent, so good for anyone who doesn't like strong smelling products. The Limescale remover is my favourite, it doesn't really have a smell yet it makes everything so shiny. Also the laundry sheets make clothes smell lovely and fresh. I would definitely recommend these products.

Thank you for your indepth review. We are lucky to have Ambassdors like Heather to help educate people on the key differences of our products. Our laundry sheets are a gamechanger for how people now clean. Please keep enjoying the whole eco-friendly range.

Lovely comments and thank you for taking the time to give them. We do appreciate it.
Pioneers!
I love these cleaning products - it makes so much sense to use what nature has always done so well - to use the good bacteria for good instead of killing it along with the bad. They work really well, smell lovely, and are eco in every way currently possible. I love that as a company they're always trying to improve.

Tab needed for ALL products
The website was easy to use (though it would be helpful to have a tab showing ALL products, in case you miss one by only looking at sub-groups). Very excited by the new Home Fragrance range!

Thank you for the kind words and feedback. With the very recent introduction of the New Home Fragrance Collection, we did take the word 'shop' off and replace it with 2 click buttons (one for Home Fragrance and one for Cleaning products). We will feed this back to the developers as very helpful. Thank you
