I booked Clearance and Clean Up to…
I booked Clearance and Clean Up to remove a large sofa before my new one was delivered. The booking service online was professional and easy to use. I was able to choose the time I needed. I was kept informed on their time of arrival.
The removal team were on time, friendly and efficient.
I wanted to be sure that I was dealing with a professional licensed company for peace of mind. Not the cheapest solution but the best experience!

At first I begrudgingly booked the service as my original intention was to use my council’s bulky item collection service which would have been a lot cheaper but didn’t have any slots free until October!
So whilst it cost more this service was fantastic. I could book it for exactly the day I needed. I put 2 & 3 seater couches out on the drive last night in readiness for my new ones being delivered. I didn’t wake until just before 9am & they had already been collected. No messing, apparently no noise lol - I was very impressed

Helpful, fast and great work
Louise was great responded really quickly, answered my questions and sent me more information. Alan and Steve were great and very nice. They arrived on time, explained what they had to do and got it done so quickly! They were friendly and made sure everything was clear afterwards. I'll definitely use this service again!

No fuss collection.
A super king mattress and base were recently removed from an upstairs room in hot weather.
The procedure was done without fuss and with no input from ourselves.
I would use this company again.

Will not be using again
Chair eventually collected from an upstairs room and taken away as I had paid for. I made it clear when booking the chair was in an upstairs location. I was told this absolutely no problem and their team would handle everything. The person collecting the chair was a 3rd party contractor who innitially stated he was not allowed to enter the house for insurance purposes! He very clearly had no details of the job. Said he would call "them". Shortly he came back asked to look at the chair, asked me how much Clearance & Clean Up Ltd had charged for the service and was startled by the figure. Thankfully he then did remove the chair. No mention on their website regarding the use of 3rd party contractors, also no mention in the booking process or confirmation emails. Will not be using again.

While we operate our own network of vehicles and collection teams, we may occasionally use trusted third-party contractors to help ensure bookings are completed on schedule and within the agreed collection window. Any contractors working on our behalf are required to meet our compliance standards, including holding the relevant insurance, licences and permits, and completing the appropriate vetting checks.
From your description, it appears that the operative attending your collection may not have been fully briefed and did not communicate the arrangements clearly. This is not the standard of service we expect from anyone representing Clearance & Clean Up Ltd, and we will be reviewing the matter with the relevant team to establish what happened and help prevent a similar experience in future.
We also appreciate your comments regarding how the use of third-party contractors is communicated during the booking process. We will take this feedback into consideration as part of our ongoing review of the information provided to customers.
Although we are pleased that the chair was ultimately collected from the upstairs room as arranged, we apologise for the uncertainty and inconvenience you experienced during the collection.

I had a garage with 18 years of rubbish. Quite a bit ruined as the roof had leaked and I hadn’t realised. I’d got to the point of opening the door and quickly closing it again, but I knew I needed to sort it and decided to get professional help!
I booked Clearance and Clean Up, with an afternoon slot the next day. TBH it all seemed a bit too good to be true. But Shaun and Ryan arrived promptly.
I had already taken took out what I wanted to keep, and they cleared everything else. They just cracked on and put the contents into big skip bags, which they loaded on to their van. I just kept them refreshed with cold drinks!
They were so quick. Before I knew it I had an empty garage. Exactly what I wanted.
They were also very pleasant and didn’t see at all phased by the task (which I was a bit embarrassed to let anyone see).
I’d certainly recommended them!

Paddy and Dan were super helpful , I had a new vivarium that was down stairs, and they offered immediately if they could move it upstairs for me , that was not part of the junk removal , they did a great job 👍 thanks guys
