Terrible
Purchasing SMSF documents from this company is the equivalent of ordering food from a ghost kitchen. It may look good when you order it, but what you receive is empty and lacking. For one, their SMSF documents are supposed to come with a free call session with one of their lawyers to help you through the process. Weeks after purchasing, I still haven't heard from them. Not one attempt to call me, I have, however, repeatedly tried to call them. There is nobody there. Nobody ever picks up. Their Maddocks lawyer helpdesk is either 'busy' (I wonder doing what, since they sure as hell aren't contacting customers) or closed. Their customer support has one employee, who I believe is outsourced from India. When you call them about this, they'll just give you the helpdesk number, and of course, that number is set to automatically tell you that they are busy or closed. Now the documents I received are incomplete, and with this, it's not possible to register the SMSF. But how the heck am I supposed to get them to resolve this? I doubt they really even have a helpdesk. Most likely, there is no such team. It's just the one outsourced indian CS worker. Just hopeless.
