I've been working with ClearEstate for some time now. Since the beginning, everyone I've worked with has been professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful.
I more recently have been working with Tatiana Milad. She's responds to any of my questions in a timely manner and of course has been very knowledgeable with the estate settlement process. I would recommend using ClearEstate to anyone. Being an executor of a will can be overwhelming, ClearEstate has made things way less stressful. Thanks again ClearEstate!!

I received phenomenal assistance throughout the probate process from Clear Estate's Tatiana Milad. Throughout the numerous process, Tatiana Milad was very responsive in answering my numerous questions and requests for guidance. Tatiana Milad and the team she led kept me informed and notified of actions that I needed to take to prepare for court dates. Tatiana ensured that I received prepared Superior Court of California forms required for court hearings with enough lead time for me to obtain the necessary signatures and/or documentation required for the hearing. Throughout the many steps of the probate process, Tatiana tracked and sent reminders on actions I needed to perform as estate administrator. I think Tatiana did an outstanding job. I truly appreciated her knowledge of the probate process and her superb administrative skills.

I hired them in 2023 to deal with my husbands estate (separated). Their "steps" remained locked throughout with wrong court documents continuing to be "in process". It took 4 court hearings being denied due to "incorrect" paperwork-supplied by them. Then ClearEstate discharged us due to unknown reasons and expects to retain the full payment. I would have gone with a real lawyer to deal with it, but due to the value of the estate being in question, no lawyer would touch it (not worth their time). This company by no means makes it any easier than doing it yourself, as you do all the work, then they charge you thousands of dollars for you to do everything for them only to be dumped. The response is laughable. They offered me 30% of my $9660.85 back after the only thing completed was the assignment as myself as executor. I sent them copies of everything prior to filing and they have openly admitted there was a glitch that caused my steps to be unavailable. I was very upfront before signing with them that the estate was most likely insolvent-the whole reason an actual Lawyer would not get involved. If I had been honest with potential lawyers about the state of the estate, why would I not be upfront with them? This company simply wants their cut and does not care if it comes from a valuable estate or an insolvent one-it's all about the money.
In response: no, they do not take a percentage, they take a lump sum, which in my case is well over the 4% had a lawyer done it. More like 50% to 9000% being as they value property at in deficit and charged over 9k. Lack of attention showing in response...

I was assigned with Jessie and I had the best and easiest experience. She answered and explained all my questions and was very clear on what I needed to do on my end. She was always available to me and that made this whole experience much easier. ClearEstate is totally worth it knowing you have backup on the details and delivery. She did her part and I am doing mine! Thanks Jessie!

Tatiana has been incredibly informative and knowledgeable with this process. In addition, she was very polite and patient with me as I was often very busy and late in replying. I will always be grateful for her help in this very confusing process.

Personal attention from Tatiana: I received prompts when I bogged down. Fast turnaround for all my inquiries, including checking with other parties on my behalf for guidance. Proactive for next steps forward.

Stephen was very helpful and gave me a clearer understanding of the whole process and how to get started. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesperson trying to make a sale, instead the conversation was genuinely informative.

The attorney very prepared for our questions. Explained in easy to understand dialogue what we should expect and what to do in this closer to my mothers documents and contacts we needed to make going forward. We so appreciated his input
