Your representative was very courteous and prompt in getting back to me when I was unable to get in touch.
The rep. seemed to be quite accurate in the info. provided, and was concerned that, indeed, I have complete and factual hints about the steps in the application process.
They also provided me insights into what steps I could take in the event of an unexpected health condition.
There were also other good elements in the interaction that, at this point, are more difficult for me
to express.
