Order process was simple and the rake arrived in a couple of days.
Assembly is v easy and it does the job v well in collecting lawn cuttings and other garden refuse. It’s also nice and light.
It is quite flexible when you initially hold it, but a firm grip to close and it works a treat. Very pleased with purchase.

Absolutely brilliant service and was delivered next day! Product does exactly what it says and we have a large garden and it's going to be an absolute god send to save bending up and down!!

I appreciate the idea behind it but was surprised at the length as it was shorter than a normal rake so you are hunched when using it - The hinges between the two “baskets” is not sturdy and creates a kind of wiggle motion so they don’t close flush.
Realistically, using two rakes would do the same job with the same motion/effort, probably cost the same, but they’d be a better length and there’s not the worry of it breaking.

Product was delivered very quickly to my home in France and with no customs duty to pay because all of the paperwork was in order.

Great concept. Not as easy to use in real life compared to the promo videos. works a lot better on dry leaves than wintery soggy wet piles of leaves. taller people may also have issues due to the limited range of the poles.

Purchased the item then it was reduced half price so cancelled my order to reorder at the reduced price of £19.99 website said free delivery but went to pay and £4.99 delivery added ? Went back to order again and within 30 mins price increased to £49.99 from £39.99 then 50% off and removed the free delivery …. Seems like either bad marketing or a scam … but Sara one of the dragons is part of this company ?

It was impossible for me to really score this product accurately, as it was delivered incredibly late, well past its promised deadline, far too late to give as a Christmas gift - and sadly way too late for me to use the one ordered for myself - as the leaves had all fallen. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I keep getting reminders to do so.
I’ve held onto both rakes, and hope they are really helpful for me in just under a years time when I am raking leaves again

Brilliant invention. Leaf raking took far less time and saved our backs a lot of pain. 3 large iak trees to battle with.

Did not deliver due to a “glitch”. Then cancelled the order and told me to reorder when I have waited over 2 weeks already. Crap customer service and they delete all negative comments put on Facebook! SHAME ON YOU!

So easy to use and perfect for this time of year with leaves and hedge clippings to collect. We ordered a second one to give to our friends.
