Great product. I had a minor glitch with delivery but this was sorted so quickly and efficiently by Sally. So impressed with customer service. Happy to recommend and looking forward to autumn leaves!

I bought one of these for my husband he has a bad back when he saw it on the TV he right away said can you order one I have to say we wasn’t disappointed. He showed his sister who was really impressed so I had to order her one it came on Friday she loved it couldn’t wait to use it. Very good product thank you.

Big delay a result of TV coverage it seems. Does what it says and hoping it is robust. Simple design.

The product looks great. It was well packed and obvious that card had been taken with the presentation. I think they could have saved money with all the overprinting that they purchased. They need to get their payment system sorted out. Can’t comment on the durability yet but if it lasts will be an asset to my gardening.

I had a human to talk to when my order was delayed. Then updates on email until it arrived..

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Excellent product, well and sustainably made. Service excellent with them explaining a slight delay. Good old fashioned customer service.

A great product that does exactly as it says.

Not recieved item. No confirmation of order, I had to email to confirm purchase. Told that i will recieve tracking details, which I've still not had.
* updated review - After the follow up from the company, I got my tracking details, the item was delivered shortly after. Bit tricky to get the handles in initally. But really useful gadget, easy to use and does the job. Can be quite heavy to lift when full of leaves but you can hold the sticks futher down for better control.

I purchased two Clear N Collect rakes as so impressed by the demonstration on Dragons Den

They arrived today and within ten minutes I was collecting leaves and emptied into wheelbarrow.
They certainly lived up to expectations and even easier to use. Would recommend to anyone as saves time and backache.

I have never received this item. Confirmation that order received and no correcspondence since then.

Product seems decent enough but when you advertise 2 days delivery and use Hermes rebranded your on for trouble right away. Had to chase for an update, Sally responded promptly and stated that she would chase Evri and get back to me asap. That follow up never arrived so I’m forced to give 3 stars as the service could be better.

A brilliant piece of kit. Best £20 I’ve spent for a long time. Saves all the back bending.

Great price, very well packed, very quick delivery.

Haven’t tried it yet, but putting it together was a little difficult as wooden pole was bevelled slightly so required a fair bit of sanding down to fit the base. Once assembled it looked the business so can’t wait to give it a go!
