It's a scam. They conveniently omitted the fact that there's an automatic subscription after the initial payment ( which seems like a one off payment but in actual fact it's a trial).
24 hours after, you get debited for a subscription you didn't even know of.

It does the job fairly well BUT ITS A SHADY COMPANY, hiding the fine details and scamming people !

Same as all the experiences below, I got scammed hard. Initial one-time charge of 0.02 cents and then 49,90€ withdrawn from my bank account and now the entire website is down.

Just took £49 after initially only taken 2p, I am leaving this review but it’s now my mission to disrupt this website sorry this has happened to you reading this, but they will not get away with this 😂😊

Screenshot other reviews to show your bank show how cynical they are, this should show what kind of business they are doing and help get your chargeback initiated

That’s the other site they own, what you want to do is type it in on google click the 3 dots next to the ad and report them for fraud and report, this is just the beginning I promise they won’t get away with it

This is a scam. I used a couple of their $0.50 tests of their ai product, and decided not to proceed with anything else.

Lo and behold, AUD $69 gets taken from my account by them. Am currently battling to get a refund through them, before handing the matter to my bank and legal channels.

Misleading website, paid £0.02 to edit a picture and £49.99 came out 2 days later for a subscription that I had no knowledge of. Trying to get this refunded and still no reply from their email. Anyone have contact number for these clowns?

Es una estafa. Pagas por un servicio puntual y te activan una suscripción sin tu consentimiento haciendo luego un cargo de 50€. Mucho cuidado

They’ll hit you with a €49.50 charge just days after the initial €0.02 payment for a subscription you never even agreed to.

Went to get an image fixed and got somehow set up for automatic payments of 49.90 when it was only supposed to be a 1 time charge of .02 for the use. Thankfully I used PayPal and got an email about the fraudulent agreement. Contacted PayPal and put a stop to that right away.

Please be very mindful and avoid this website! You will be charged minimal amount for the initial picture but they will sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge or consent and charge you a huge amount for it! It’s a scam they’re running and they should be held accountable for it. You cannot sign someone up to any kind of contract or subscription without their knowledge or informing them what they’re signing up to! But these scammers do! BEWARE and avoid this website

This is a scam. They get your credit card info for a very low amount to edit an image and then start billing you monthly for a subscription you never agreed on.

1 Tag bekommt man für 10ct Zugang und einen Tag später wird dann im Einzugsverfahren bei paypal 49€ im Monat abgebucht. Zum Glück noch rechtzeitig gesehen!

This company is a total scam. was looking for an app just to edit 1 picture & I came across this clear pix. I paid Php1 using my aunt's GCash account. after a few days she was charged Php899. we unsubcribed right away.
Today, Nov 13, at 12:38, they charged another Php899 to my aunt's account. how can they charge again? we are already unsubscribed???
how can we get our money back??.
is there any agency that handles this kind of fraud?

The site is disappointing. The subscription rate is too expensive, and the image quality is poor and unclear. They should really revise their refund policy to make it fairer for users.

Charge a nominal amount for a single image - this is 'advertised" and I accepted this. Then I noticed in my paypal account that in the background they are charging unauthorised monthly subscription amounts - mione was close to $50. This is happening a lot now so diligence is required. Have to waste time now making sure they don't get away with it.
