Very impressed
Very impressed. The soap I ordered was beautifully packaged and smelled lovely( fresh and natural). It would have made a lovely gift but on this occasion I am keeping it for myself! I love the fact that this company are all about helping to save the planet. I even received an email to say my order will plant ten trees. Amazing!

Amazing smells, great quality products.
Fast delivery and great quality products. Soap doesn’t leave that rubbery feel and smell amazing.
Body butter also smells gorgeous and my skin feels soft and moisturised. Thank you for these lovely products.

Incomplete item!
Whilst I buy eco-friendly goods where possible, the body brush with additional needs at was going incomplete. The packaging was plastic free, which is excellent but insecurely sealed with loose string . Either the brush was not included or it fell out of the inadequate packaging en route. I have emailed about this but no reply.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We haven't received any email regarding your order. If you send another email to us at support@clearstone.co.uk we will sort this out. We try to use as little packaging as possible to reduce our environmental Impact and the packaging sent was very secure on dispatch. Your order was for a bath brush with a replaceable head this is for a handle and a brush, only one brush and a handle should have been included. We will change our product description to avoid confusion in the future. We will happily return your item for free for a full refund. We're really sorry for the confusion.
