Its been so much easier getting new starters to fit into our systems instead of trying to use accounting platforms and retrospectively implement things like Xero later on.

I know that people think Xero replaces accountants but that's certainly not the case, Ibrahim's understanding of business and accounting structures if far beyond anything that booking keeping tools can give you. I see their input to us as an investment in our business and very worth while.
