Extremely happy with our remortgage
Extremely happy with our remortgage and advance payment through Ed. I'm a contractor, working inside IR35 on a temporary contract, which was proving difficult to remortgage. Ed was very knowledgeable and really patient with us whilst we explored the various options open to us. He turned a convoluted process into a straightforward one. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service

Alasdair - an absolute star
I genuinely can't recommend Cleerly - and in particular, the services of Alasdair + Jack, enough. Alasdair has such a warm, personable, and genuine approach to his work, and for someone like myself brand new to the world of mortgages - he took me through everything incredibly clearly and with patience.

Cleerly are a safe pair of hands for Contractors
I've used Cleerly a couple of times before, for mortgages and insurance, so was happy to use them again. The advice and support given by Simon and Georgia was detailed, timely and clear. It was also really helpful that they were able to use their network of partnerships to put me in touch with organisations that can help guide me through some other, connected transactions like setting up of Wills and Home Insurance for our new home. Can’t believe it was so painless!!
From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. I have had a very short lead time in the run up to my relocation and, as soon as I had found a property and had my offer accepted, the mortgage application was submitted. I’ve not had time to stop and panic as it was all done from submission to offer in about 4 working days! Just hope the rest of my purchase goes as smoothly!
