Cleerly took the stress out of a stressful situation
I dealt with Olivia H at Cleerly and i cannot fault her professionalism in any way. I have my own company and was seeking a mortgage on my own, which is notoriously difficult as a contractor. Olivia took all the ground work out of this for me which enabled me to secure a mortgage that i would not have been able to find on the high street. She kept in regular contact, informed me of what was happening every step of the way and clearly explained the points i did not understand! Very happy Locum Mental Health Nurse/Company Director
I am a locum nurse and had almost given up on the prospect of ever getting a mortgage due to the unconventional work i do and the way I'm paid. I got in touch with Cleerly Mortgage advisers and Mark Mc Burney facilitated my mortgage. Mark is amazing what i thought was impossible having tried other brokers became so easy. Reliable Service and Good Communication
I spent the last several months working with Lewis on going through the motions of securing a mortgage and the learning experience that comes with being a first time buyer.
Lewis did a great job of communicating, reaching out with or requesting updates. He was always willing to provide information and fill knowledge gaps.

A stress free mortgage experience
Working with Matthew and Ed was such an easy and stress-free experience, something that is rare in the house-buying process. I made contact with Matthew 6 months prior to eventually putting an offer in on a property and when I called back he instantly remembered my details and was able to move forward quickly when I was under pressure to get things in place with very short deadlines. They have such good relationships with mortgage providers that I could get an agreement in principle within a day and got a mortgage offer with only a month left on my current contract. I’d recommend Cleerly to any contractor as I got the same rate as any other customer for my mortgage and the offer came through within 3 working days of application which was incredible! Nothing but a positive experience with Cleerly. I have been using Matthew Long as my mortgage broker for over 10 years and he has always provided me with professional and honest advice and I have always ended up with the best deal. This time around was particularly complicated as going through a divorce so mortgage was a bit trickier as a single applicant but Matthew worked his magic and managed to secure a great mortgage offer. His case manager Ed Hughes was equally as personable, efficient and professional. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic mortgage brokers! Helping contractors obtain!
Lewis at Cleerly helped me obtain a mortgage where others failed, having just starting out as a contractor I found it hard obtaining a new mortgage and had all but given up, Lewis supported me through the entire process giving regular check ins and application updates and got me a fantastic offer, without Lewis my purchase wouldn’t have been possible, I wouldn’t go anywhere else after using cleerly and have started recommending them too colleagues.

Cleerly reps were supportive…
Cleerly reps were supportive throughout, albeit a lot of work can be done yourself, they made the process seamless and managed a lot of the hassle which would usually come with attempting a lot of the work by yourself. With someone with a busy lifestyle, they made this process easy and always recommended good services to use.

I came across Cleerly when I was…
I came across Cleerly when I was recommend by a friend. I wasn’t sure based on my recent change to self employment that I would be able to get a mortgage so soon. Clearly was able to source me a mortgage with a fantastic rate so I was able to secure my dream home within a matter of weeks. The whole experience was very pleasant and made it seem easy. Following the accepted mortgage they assisted with providing me with life and critical Insurance cover as well as recommending a solicitor. Cleerly was a one stop shop for everything I needed and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I needed to get find a mortgage as a contractor and he managed to source me a very good mortgage deal that was whole of the market with a good rate. Cleerly delivered where other brokers…
Cleerly delivered where other brokers could not. I had a mortgage application declined prior to moving to Cleerly, my last mortgage broker was certain that I could not borrow the amount I needed.
When I first spoke to Will from Cleerly his confidence in being able to represent my diverse freelance income seemed too good to be true, but a few weeks later I was sent my mortgage offer through. Their deep knowledge and relationship with underwriters clearly makes the difference in their ability to get you a product.
They also had great opening times around the Christmas break and were always available to chat things through. Incredibly thorough and great service all round.
I couldn’t recommend them more.
