Logistics need improvement
Containers and product is excellent, however transport and logistics need improvement, was rearranged twice and only told at the end of the day that they wouldn’t be coming.

This wors company I had ever…
This wors company I had ever experienced, they meant to sent me two fresh used containers which is air & rain right but just soon after delivery I realised one of them is dropping rain water & straight away I informed about it.
Related officer told me don’t worry it will be replaced but more then 2 weeks now every day said don’t worry it will be done but all are lie & loughing on me.
My suggestion not to buy from them & make people funn.

The cabin is great
The cabin is great. The delivery was very poor. The cabin did not come on the day it was promised and when it did, the lorry sprayed hydraulic oil all over our yard.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We work with third party hauliers within their schedules and unfortunately they suffered delays which meant that your container had to be delivered the following day.
Our transport team have contacted the haulier involved in this. They have explained that the unfortunate incident with the spillage was accidental - the vehicle had experienced a burst hose whilst delivering causing the oil to spill onto the yard. We understand that this will have been a great inconvenience to you; By way of an apology and to rectify the problem our haulier did provide compensation to enable a clean-up operation.
Once again we apologise for your experience and hope this doesn't deter you from ordering from us again.

An ideal secure store place
It was delivered on the day agreed and with a very courteous driver who was determined to position the container just where we needed it, even though it was an extremely tight access to the required location.

I purchase 3 container from Cleveland…
I purchase 3 container from Cleveland containers. As soon as there's an issue they will leave you by yourself with no help. The container was not even 6 months old before reporting issues. I believe I was sold a bad product they won't even send someone out to take a look. if I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid

Thank you for your feedback. I believe your sales manager has been trying to contact you to confirm which unit this relates to, as you have procured several secondhand refrigerated units through Cleveland.
Customer care is important to us and we aim to resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner, however we do have to adhere to our warranty period for used containers and charge for extra call-outs and services where applicable.
