delivered just within the 5 day period, but had to remind them as I felt as if they had forgotten to post the order and quite frankly expected the order to come the next day as we paid more for the postage than the right-angled 3-phase socket. To make matters worse, it was the wrong part, which meant that we had to pop into another local distributor so that we could complete the installation.

good service ruined by bad after service
I would have given 5 stars but after a faulty light switch i had to use a local company to rebuy the faulty switch. great to start with until there was a problem with a light switch, I spent between £600-700 on switch and sockets for my project, after an issue they wanted me to pay the electrician to remove it, return it and then repay the electrician to come back and fit the good switch. It was cheaper to rebuy elsewhere and just pay the electrician once. annoying as i spent good money with them
